राजपत्र, असािारण, भार् II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) म ें प्रकाधित की र्ई थी, द्वारा आंध्र प्रदेि राज्य के कृष्णा धजल े म ें
कंस्ट्रक्िन ऑफ़ आर ओ बी एट कक. मी. 230.600 इन धलय ूऑफ़ लेवल क्राससंर् नो .52 एडं एट कक. मी 231.700

और उक्त अधिसूचना का सार उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3क की उपिारा (3) के अिीन तारीख "20.12.2024 " को
"आध्रं प्रभा (तले र्ु )ु " और "द धहन्द्द ू (इंधललि)" दोनों म ेंप्रकाधित ककया र्या था ;
जबकक सक्षम प्राधिकारी को िारा 3-र् के तहत दायर आपधि प्राप्त हुई ह,ै धजस पर धवचार ककया र्या ह ै और उसका
उधचत रूप स े धनपटान ककया र्या;
और सक्षम प्राधिकारी न ेउक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (1) के अनुसरण म,ें केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी ररपोटग
दे दी ह ै;

अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राधिकारी की उक्त ररपाटे प्राप्त हो जाने पर और उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3घ की
उपिारा (1) द्वारा प्रदि िधक्तयों का प्रयोर् करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै कक उक्त अनुसचू ी म ें धवधनर्दगष्ट भूधम का
पूवोक्त प्रयोजन के धलए अजनग ककया जाना चाधहए ;
और अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (2) के अनुसरण म ें यह घोषणा करती ह ै कक इस

New Delhi ,the 13th June,2025
S.O. 2608(E).— Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road
Transport and Highways, 5439(E) Dated:16/12/2024 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part
II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956
(48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire
the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening / four -
laning,etc.) Maintenance, management and operation of Construction of ROB at Km 230.600 in lieu of level
crossing No.52 and at Km 231.700 in lieu of level crossing No.3 in National Highway No.165 in the district
of KRISHNA in the state of ANDHRA PRADESH
And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Andhra Prabha(Telugu)” and “The
Hindu(English)” both dated 20.12.2024; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;
And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3-C, considered and settled
the same appropriately;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has
submitted its report to the Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers
conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the
land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule
shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
