भार् II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाधित की र्ई थी, द्वारा महाराष्ट्र राज्य के िाधसक धजल ेम ेंराष्ट्रीय महामार् गसख्ं या-752जी
के कक.मी. 64/000 स े कक.मी.101/140 सटाणा स े मर्ं रुळ (भार्-III) तक के भूखण्ड के धिमागण, ( दो लेि/चार लेि/चौडा
करणे/टोल प्लाजा आदी) अिरु क्षण, प्रबंिि और प्रचालि के धलए उस अधिसूचिा स े उपाबद्ध अिुसूची म ें धवधिर्दगष्ट भूधम का
अजगि करिे के अपिे आिय की घोषणा की थी ;
और उक्त अधिसूचिा का सार उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3क की उपिारा (3) के अिीि
तारीख "30/10/2025" को "दैधिक आपल ं महािर्र (इंग्रजी)" और " दैधिक आपल ं महािर्र (मराठी)" दोिों म ें प्रकाधित
ककया र्या था ;
जबकक सक्षम प्राधिकारी को िारा 3-र् के तहत दायर आपधि प्राप्त हुई ह,ै धजस पर धवचार ककया र्या ह ैऔर उसका
उधचत रूप स े धिपटाि ककया र्या;

और सक्षम प्राधिकारी ि े उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (1) के अिुसरण म,ें केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपिी
ररपोटग दे दी ह ै;
अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राधिकारी की उक्त ररपोटग प्राप्त हो जाि े पर और उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3घ
की उपिारा (1) द्वारा प्रदि िधक्तयों का प्रयोर् करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ैकक उक्त अिुसूची म ेंधवधिर्दगष्ट भूधम का पूवोक्त
प्रयोजि के धलए अजगि ककया जािा चाधहए ;
और अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (2) के अिुसरण म ें यह घोषणा करती ह ै कक

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13th August, 2026
S.O. 4475(E) .— Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport
and Highways, S.O. 4736(E) Dated 17/10/2025, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3,
Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter
referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule
annexed to the said notification for building (Two lane/Four lane/Widening/Toll Plaza etc.) Maintenance, management
and operation of National Highway No.752G on the stretch of land from Km. 64/000 to Km. 101/140 Satana to
Mangrul (Section – III) in the district of NASHIK in the state of MAHARASHTRA
And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Dainik Aapal Mahanagar
(English)” and “Dainik Aapal Mahanagar (Marathi)” both dated 30/10/2025; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of
the said Act;
And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3-C, considered and settled the
same appropriately;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has
submitted its report to the Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition)
National Highway Project, Nashik and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the
said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the
aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest
absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
