(वडोिरा-मुंबई) तक के भुखण्ड के जनमागण (छह / आठ लने का बनाने, आदि), अनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के जलए उस अजधसूचना स े उपाबद्ध अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्िगष्ट भूजम का अिगन करने के अपन ेआिय की घोषणा की थी; और उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3 क की उपधारा (3) के अधीन तारीख 20 जसतम्बर 2024, को “ि टाइम्स ऑफ़ इजण्डया” और “गुिरात समाचार” िोनों म ें प्रकाजित दकया गया था; और कोई भी आक्षेप प्राप्त नही हुए थ;े और सक्षम प्राजधकारी न े उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (1) के अनुसरण म,ें केन्द्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी ररपोटग ि ेिी ह;ै 4823 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अतः अब, केन्द्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी की उक्त ररपोटग प्राप्त हो िान े पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक उक्त अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्िगष्ट भूजम का पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अिनग दकया िाना चाजहए; और अब, केन्द्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (2) के अनुसरण, म ें यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक इस अजधसूचना के रािपत्र में प्रकािन पर, उक्त अनुसूची में जवजनर्िगष्ट भूजम सभी जवल्लगं मों स े मुक्त होकर आत्यजन्द्तक रूप स े केन्द्द्रीय सरकार म ें जनजहत हो िाएगी। अनसु चू ी गिु रात राज्य के वडोिरा जिल ेम ेंप्रस्ट्ताजवत वडोिरा-मुंबई एक्सप्रसे वे के जडिाइन चनै िे 324+500 दक.मी. स े 380+000 दक.मी. तक (वडोिरा-मुंबई खण्ड), के जलए अिनग की िाने वाली सरं चना सजहत अथवा सरं चना रजहत भजू म का सजं क्षप्त जववरण । राज्य का नाम: गिु रात जिल ेका नाम: वडोिरा क्रजमक सवक्षे ण सख्ं या भूजम का प्रकार भूजम की प्रकृजत भूजम का क्षत्रे फल भस्ट्ू वामी/ जहतबद्ध सख्ं या (हक्े टेयर म)ें व्यजक्तयों का नाम 1 2 3 4 5 6 तालकु का नाम: वडोिरा गावं का नाम: फािलपरु 1 399/A जनिी कृजष 0.6208 प्रमोिकुमार मगनभाई, सुभाषकुमार मगनभाई, हररिभाई मगनभाई, जिरीषकुमार मगनभाई, पटेल प्रिीपभाई ियेन्द्द्रभाई, पटेल बीनाबेन ियेन्द्द्रभाईकी पुत्री, पटेल प्रवीणाबेन मगनभाई, पटेल इन्द्िीराबेन मगनभाई, पटेल भाजवनीबेन मगनभाई, पटेल जविाल हसमुखभाई, पटेल रीना हसमुखभाई, पटेल श्रीपा हसमुखभाई Total 0.6208 [फा. स. ं NHAI/Surat/15/3D] िेख अमीनखान, जनििे क[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 18th July, 2025 S.O. 3300(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O. 3536 (E) dated 20.08.2024, published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub- section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for the public purpose of building (Six /Eight laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of Proposed Vadodara - Mumbai Expressway, on the stretch of land from design chainage Km. 324+500 to Km. 380+000 (Vadodara - Mumbai) in the district Vadodara in the state of Gujarat; And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “The Times of India” and “Gujarat Samachar” both dated 20th September 2024, under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act; And whereas No objections have been received by the Competent Authority; And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Competent Authority has submitted its report to the Central Government; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
