L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-29032025-262113 CG-DxLx-xEG-I2D9H0x3x2x0 25-262113 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 1427] नई दिल्ली, बधु वार, माचच 26, 2025/ चत्रै 5, 1947 No. 1427] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, MARCH 26, 2025/ CHAITRA 5, 1947 सड़क परिवहन औि िाजमार् गमत्रं ालय अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 26 माच,च 2025 का.आ. 1445(अ).— केन्द्रीय सिकाि न,े िाष्ट्रीय िाजमार् ग अधिधनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (धजसे इसम ें इसके पश्चात ् उक्त अधिधनयम कहा र्या ह)ै की िािा 3क की उपिािा (1) के अिीन जािी की र्ई भाित सिकाि के सड़क परिवहन औि िाजमार् ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 421 तािीख 23/01/2025, जो भाित के िाजपत्र, असािािण, भार् II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) म ें प्रकाधित की र्ई थी, द्वािा र्ुजिात िाज्य के जामनर्ि धजले म ें NH151A के कक.मी. 0 स े कक.मी.5.79 (ध्रोल बायपास) तक के िाष्ट्रीय िाजमार्ग के धनमागण (चोड़ाकिने / चाि लेन का बनान,े आकि), अनुिक्षण, प्रबंिन औि प्रचालन के धलए उस अधिसूचना स े उपाबद्ध अनुसूची म ें धवधनर्िगष्ट भूधम का अजगन किने के अपन े आिय की घोषणा की थी ; औि उक्त अधिसूचना का साि उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3क की उपिािा (3) के अिीन तािीख "04.02.2025 " को "किव्य भास्कि" औि "इंधडयन एक्सप्रसे " िोनों म ें प्रकाधित ककया र्या था ; औि सक्षम प्राधिकािी को ककसी व्यधक्त स ेकोइ आक्षेप प्राप्त नही हुए ह;ै औि सक्षम प्राधिकािी न े उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3घ की उपिािा (1) के अनुसिण म,ें केन्द्रीय सिकाि को अपनी रिपोर्ग िे िी ह ै; अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सिकाि, सक्षम प्राधिकािी की उक्त रिपोर्च प्राप्त हो जान े पि औि उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3घ की उपिािा (1) द्वािा प्रित्त िधक्तयों का प्रयोर् कित े हुए, यह घोषणा किती ह ै कक उक्त अनुसूची म ें धवधनर्िगष्ट भूधम का पूवोक्त प्रयोजन के धलए अजनग ककया जाना चाधहए ; 2131 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] औि अब, केन्द्रीय सिकाि, उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3घ की उपिािा (2) के अनुसिण म ें यह घोषणा किती ह ै कक इस अधिसूचना के िाजपत्र में प्रकािन पि, उक्त अनुसूची म ें धवधनर्िगष्ट भूधम सभी धवल्लर्ं मों स े मुक्त होकि आत्यधन्द्तक रूप स े केन्द्रीय सिकाि म ें धनधहत हो जाएर्ी । अनसु चू ी र्जु िात िाज्य के जामनर्ि धजल े म ेंNH151A के कक.मी. 0 स ेकक.मी.5.79 (ध्रोल बायपास) के धलए अजनग की जान ेवाली सिं चना सधहत अथवा सिं चना िधहत धवविण। िाज्य का नाम: र्जु िात धजल ेका नाम: जामनर्ि क्रधमक सवक्षे ण सख्ं या भधू म का प्रकाि भधू म की प्रकृधत भधू म का क्षत्रे फल भूस्वामी/ धहतबद्ध सख्ं या (हेक्र्ेयि म)ें व्यधक्तयों का नाम 1 2 3 4 5 6 तालुक का नाम: ध्रोल र्ावं का नाम: ध्रोल 1 630/4 धनजी र्ैि कृधष 0.5049 बुिाभाई नार्जीभाई वरू Total 0.5049 [फा. स.ं NHAI/11011/Gujarat/Devbhumi Dwarka/3D] िेख अमीनखान, जनििे क MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 26th March, 2025 S.O. 1445(E).— Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, 421 Dated:23/01/2025 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub- section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of NH151A in the stretch of land from Km. 0 to Km. 5.79 (Dhrol Bypass) in the district of JAMNAGAR in the state of GUJARAT And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Divya Bhaskar” and “The Indian Express” both dated 04.02.2025; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act; And whereas no objections have been received any person by the competent Authority; And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 SCHEDULE Brief description of the land to be acquired, with or without structure, falling within the NH151A in the stretch of land from Km. 0 to Km. 5.79 (Dhrol Bypass) in the district of JAMNAGAR in the state of GUJARAT State: GUJARAT District: JAMNAGAR Sl.
