S.O. 2313(E). तािीख 14/06/2024, जो भाित के िाजपत्र, असािािण, भार् II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) म ें प्रकाधित की र्ई थी, द्वािा महािाष्ट्र िाज्य के लातुि धजले में NH548B के कक.मी. 226.866 स े कक.मी.228.042 (उपधवभार्ीय दंडाधिकािी कायागलय, दत्तनर्ि, धनलंर्ा) तक के भूखण्ड पि पूल के धनमागण, अनुिक्षण, प्रबंिन औि प्रचालन के धलए उस अधिसूचना स ेउपाबद्ध अनुसूची म ें धवधनर्दगष्ट भूधम का अजगन किने के अपने आिय की घोषणा की थी ; औि उक्त अधिसूचना का साि उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3क की उपिािा (3) के अिीन तािीख "02/08/2024 " को " िाजिम ग" औि " प्रधतव्यवहाि" दोनों में प्रकाधित ककया र्या था ; जबकक सक्षम प्राधिकािी को िािा 3-र् के तहत दायि आपधत्त प्राप्त हुई ह,ै धजस पि धवचाि ककया र्या है औि उसका उधचत रूप स ेधनपटान ककया र्या; औि सक्षम प्राधिकािी न ेउक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3घ की उपिािा (1) के अनुसिण म,ें केन्द्रीय सिकाि को अपनी रिपोटग दे दी है ; 5348 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सिकाि, सक्षम प्राधिकािी की उक्त रिपोर्ट प्राप्त हो जाने पि औि उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3घ की उपिािा (1) द्वािा प्रदत्त िधक्तयों का प्रयोर् किते हुए, यह घोषणा किती है कक उक्त अनुसूची म ें धवधनर्दगष्ट भूधम का पूवोक्त प्रयोजन के धलए अजगन ककया जाना चाधहए ; औि अब, केन्द्रीय सिकाि, उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3घ की उपिािा (2) के अनुसिण में यह घोषणा किती है कक इस अधिसूचना के िाजपत्र में प्रकािन पि, उक्त अनुसूची म ें धवधनर्दगष्ट भूधम सभी धवल्लंर्मों स ेमुक्त होकि आत्यधन्द्तक रूप स े केन्द्रीय सिकाि म ेंधनधहत हो जाएर्ी । अनुसचू ी महािाष्ट्र िाज्य के लातुि धजले म ेंNH548B के कक.मी. 226.866 से कक.मी.228.042 (उपधवभार्ीय दंडाधिकािी कायागलय, दत्तनर्ि, धनलंर्ा) के धलए अजगन की जाने वाली संिचना सधहत अथवा संिचना िधहत धवविण। िाज्य का नाम: महािाष्ट्र धजल ेका नाम: लातिु क्रधमक सवेक्षण सख्ं या भूधम का प्रकाि भूधम की प्रकृधत भूधम का क्षत्रे फल भूस्वामी/ धहतबद्ध संख्या (हेक्टेयि म)ें व्यधक्तयों का नाम 1 2 3 4 5 6 तालकु का नाम: धनलर्ं ा र्ांव का नाम: नदी हात्तर् ग 1 13/बी धनजी (धनजी) एग्रीकल्चि 0.04 मािव एकनाथ घोड़के 13/B 2 13/बी धनजी (धनजी) एग्रीकल्चि 0.01 सुिेि िहाजीिाव घोड़के 13/B Total 0.05 [फा. सं. 12037/51/2017-MAH(P-6)/3D] अभय िैन, जनिेिक MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 22nd August, 2024 S.O. 3564(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O. 2313(E). Dated:14/06/2024 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for construction of Major Bridge/2 Lane with Paved Shoulder, Maintenance, management and operation of NH548B in the stretch of land from Km. 226.866 to Km. 228.042 (Sub Divisional Magistrate Office, Dattanagar, Nilanga) in the district of Latur in the state of MAHARASHTRA And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Rajdharm” and “Prativyavahar ” both dated 02/08/2024 ; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act; And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3-C, considered and settled the same appropriately; And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government;[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
