और राजमार् गमंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सख्ं या का.आ. 5237(अ) तारीख04/12/2024, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असािारण, भार्
II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाधित की र्ई थी, द्वारा असम राज्य के बारपेटा धजले में NH-427 के कक.मी. 77.9 से कक.मी.
86.656 (बराड़ी से दत्ताकुधच सक्े िन) तक के भूखण्ड के धनमाणग (पेव्ड िोल्डरआकद के साथ टू लेन का धनमाणग /उन्नयन),
अधिसचू ना संख्या का.आ 4705(अ) कदनाकं 04.10.2022 के तहत पहले से अधिसूधचत भूधम के अधतररक्त आवश्यक ह,ै
अनरु क्षण,प्रबंिन और प्रचालन के धलए उस अधिसचू ना स े उपाबद्ध अनुसचू ी में धवधनर्दगष्ट भूधम का अजनग करने के अपने
आिय की घोषणा की थी;
और उक्त अधिसचू ना का सार उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3क की उपिारा (3) के अिीन तारीख "समाचार पत्र की कदनाकं
17.12.2024" को "दी असम रिब्यनू " और "असोधमया खबर" दोनों में प्रकाधित ककया र्या था ;
और सक्षम प्राधिकारी न ेउक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (1) के अनुसरण में, केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी
ररपोटग दे दी ह ै;

अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राधिकारी की उक्त ररपोटग प्राप्त हो जाने पर और उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3घ
की उपिारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िधक्तयों का प्रयोर् करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ैकक उक्त अनुसचू ी में धवधनर्दगष्ट भूधम का पूवोक्त
प्रयोजन के धलए अजनग ककया जाना चाधहए ;
और अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (2) के अनुसरण में यह घोषणा करती ह ैकक इस
अधिसचू ना के राजपत्र में प्रकािन पर, उक्त अनुसचू ी में धवधनर्दगष्ट भूधम सभी धवल्लंर्मों से मुक्त होकर आत्यधन्द्तक रूप से केन्द्रीय

S.O. 2093(E).— Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of
Road Transport and Highways, S.O.5237(E) Dated:04/12/2024 , published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National
Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government
declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for
required in addition to the land already notified vide Notification No. S.O. 4705(E) dated 04.10.2022 for
(Construction / Upgradation to two lane with paved shoulder etc.) Maintenance, management and operation8 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)]
of NH-427 in the stretch of land from Km. 77.9 to Km. 86.656 (Baradi to Duttakuchi Section) in the district
of BARPETA in the state of ASSAM
And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “The Assam
Tribune” and “Asomiya khabar” both dated 17.12.2024; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said
Act;
And whereas no objections have been received from any person by the competent authority ;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has
submitted its report to the Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the
powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government
hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said
Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
