S.O. 2810(E) तारीख 18/07/2024, िो भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उपखडं (ii) म ें प्रकाजित की गई थी, द्वारा असम राज्य के धेमािी जिले म ें NH515 के दक.मी. 0+800 स े दक.मी. 27+701 (कायागलय उपायुक्त, धेमािी, असम-787057) तक के राष्ट्रीय रािमाग ग के जनमाणग (चोड़ाकरने / चार लेन को बनाने, आदि), अनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के जलए उस अजधसूचना स े उपाबद्ध अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्िगष्ट भूजम का अिगन करने के अपन ेआिय की घोषणा की थी ; और उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3क की उपधारा (3) के अधीन तारीख 30 िुलाई, 2024 को ’’ि असम ररब्यून’’ और ’’जनयोजमया वाता’ग’ िोनों म ें प्रकाजित दकया गया था ; िबदक सक्षम प्राजधकारी को धारा 3-ग के तहत िायर आपजि प्राप्त हुई ह,ै जिस पर जवचार दकया गया ह ै और उसका उजचत रूप स ेजनपटान दकया गया; और सक्षम प्राजधकारी न े उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (1) के अनुसरण म,ें केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी ररपोटग िे िी ह ै; 6035 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी की उक्त ररपोटग प्राप्त हो िान े पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रिि िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक उक्त अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्िगष्ट भूजम का पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अिनग दकया िाना चाजहए ; और अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (2) के अनुसरण म ें यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक इस अजधसूचना के रािपत्र में प्रकािन पर, उक्त अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्िगष्ट भूजम सभी जवल्लगं मों स े मुक्त होकर आत्यजन्द्तक रूप स े केन्द्रीय सरकार म ें जनजहत हो िाएगी । अनसु चू ी असम राज्य के धमे ािी जिल ेम ेंNH515 के दक.मी. 0+800 स ेदक.मी. 27+701 (कायालग य उपायक्तु , धमे ािी, असम-787057) के जलए अिनग की िान ेवाली सरं चना सजहत अथवा सरं चना रजहत जववरण। राज्य का नाम: असम जिल ेका नाम: धमे ािी क्रजमक सवक्षे ण सख्ं या भूजम का प्रकार भूजम की प्रकृजत भूजम का क्षत्रे फल भस्ट्ू वामी/ जहतबद्ध सख्ं या (हक्े टेयर म)ें व्यजक्तयों का नाम 1 2 3 4 5 6 तालकु का नाम: जसजसबोरगावाँ गावं का नाम: रामपरु प्रखडं 1 138 सरकारी बारी 0.0629 असम सरकार 2 140 सरकारी बारी 0.034 असम सरकार 3 142-पीपी-9 जनिी बारी 0.1648 श्री ओम कुमार पगे ुपुत्र गोमवीर पगे ु 4 354-पीपी-156 जनिी बारी 0.0427 गोबबंिो मलाह 5 356-पीपी-158 जनिी बारी 0.0498 दिनानाथ मलाह 6 489 सरकारी बारी 0.0197 असम सरकार Total 0.3739 [फा. स.ं NHIDCL/PMU- DBRG/DPR /NH-15 & 515/2022/3D] अभय िैन, जनििे क MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 19th September, 2024 S.O. 4028(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O.2810 (E) Dated:18/07/2024 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of NH515 in the stretch of land from Km. 0+800 to Km. 27+701 (Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Dhemaji, Assam, India - 787057) in the district of DHEMAJI in the state of ASSAM And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “The Assam Tribune” and “Niyomiya Barta” both dated 30.07.2024; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act; And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3-C, considered and settled the same appropriately; And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Competent Authority has submitted its report to the Central Government;[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
