S.O. 70 (E) तािीख 03/01/2025, जो भाित के िाजपत्र, असािािण, भार् II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) म ेंप्रकाधित की र्ई थी, द्वािा असम िाज्य के कािबी आंर्लोंर् धजले म ें NH-29 के कक.मी. 113+830 स े कक.मी.145+712 (पैकेज -६) (कािबी आंर्लोंर् ऑटोनोमस कौंधसल धडपाटगमेंट ऑफ़ िाजस्व, किफू) तक के िाष्ट्रीय िाजमार् ग के धनमागण (चोड़ाकिन े / चाि लने का बनाने, आकि), अनुिक्षण, प्रबंिन औि प्रचालन के धलए उस अधिसूचना स े उपाबद्ध अनुसूची म ें धवधनर्िगष्ट भूधम का अजनग किने के अपने आिय की घोषणा की थी ; औि उक्त अधिसूचना का साि उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3क की उपिािा (3) के अिीन तािीख 8 जनविी, 2025 को ’’ि ठेकि’’ औि ’’ि असम रिब्यून ’’ िोनों म ेंप्रकाधित ककया र्या था ; जबकक सक्षम प्राधिकािी को िािा 3-र् के तहत िायि आपधि प्राप्त हुई ह,ै धजस पि धवचाि ककया र्या ह ै औि उसका उधचत रूप स ेधनपटान ककया र्या; 1505 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] औि सक्षम प्राधिकािी न े उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3घ की उपिािा (1) के अनुसिण म,ें केन्द्रीय सिकाि को अपनी रिपोटग िे िी ह ै; अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सिकाि, सक्षम प्राधिकािी की उक्त रिपोटग प्राप्त हो जान े पि औि उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3घ की उपिािा (1) द्वािा प्रिि िधक्तयों का प्रयोर् कित े हुए, यह घोषणा किती ह ै कक उक्त अनुसूची म ें धवधनर्िगष्ट भूधम का पूवोक्त प्रयोजन के धलए अजनग ककया जाना चाधहए ; औि अब, केन्द्रीय सिकाि, उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3घ की उपिािा (2) के अनुसिण म ें यह घोषणा किती ह ै कक इस अधिसूचना के िाजपत्र में प्रकािन पि, उक्त अनुसूची म ें धवधनर्िगष्ट भूधम सभी धवल्लर्ं मों स े मुक्त होकि आत्यधन्द्तक रूप स े केन्द्रीय सिकाि म ें धनधहत हो जाएर्ी । अनसु चू ी असम िाज्य के कािबी आर्ं लोंर् धजले म ेंNH-29 के कक.मी. 113+830 स े कक.मी. 145+712 (पैकेज -६)(कािबी आंर्लोंर् ऑटोनोमस कौंधसल धडपाटगमेंट ऑफ़ िाजस्व, किफू) के धलए अजगन की जान े वाली संिचना सधहत अथवा संिचना िधहत धवविण। िाज्य का नाम: असम धजल े का नाम: कािबी आर्ं लोंर् क्रधमक सवक्षे ण सख्ं या भूधम का प्रकाि भूधम की प्रकृधत भूधम का क्षत्रे फल भस्ू वामी/ धहतबद्ध सख्ं या (हक्े टेयि म)ें व्यधक्तयों का नाम 1 2 3 4 5 6 तालकु का नाम: किफू र्ावं का नाम: एकोिानी ऍन सी. 1 ऍनस् ी सिकािी एग्रीकल्चि 0.1974 ऍन.् सी. 2 ऍनस् ी सिकािी िोड 0.0381 िोड Total 0.2355 [फा. स.ं JRT/NHIDCL/GM/LA/PKG-II/01/2020/3D] अभय िैन, जनििे क[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 28th February, 2025 S.O. 1044(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O.70 (E) Dated:03/01/2025 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of NH-29 in the stretch of land from Km. 113+830 to Km. 145+712 (Package-6) (Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council Department of Revenue, Diphu) in the district of KARBI ANGLONG in the state of ASSAM And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “The Thekar” and “The Assam Tribune” both dated 08.01.2025; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act; And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3-C, considered and settled the same appropriately; And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
