(धमहोना लहार दबोह भाडं ेर बाईपास मार्)ग (भाडं ेर-बाईपास) अधतररक्त के भूखण्ड के धनमागण, अनरु क्षण, प्रबंिन और प्रचालन के धलए उस अधिसूचना स े उपाबद्ध अनुसूची म ें धवधनर्दगष्ट भूधम का अजगन करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा की थी ; और उक्त अधिसूचना का सार उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3क की उपिारा (3) के अिीन तारीख "नई दधु नया" म ें कदनांक 07 अर्स्त 2023 कदन सोमवार और "द टाइम्स ऑफ़ इंधडया" म ेंकदनांक 07 अर्स्त 2023 कदन सोमवार दोनों म ें प्रकाधित ककया र्या था ; और सक्षम प्राधिकारी को ककसी व्यधक्त स ेकोई आक्षेप प्राप्त नहीं हुए ह ै; और सक्षम प्राधिकारी न े उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (1) के अनुसरण म,ें केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी ररपोटग दे दी ह ै; 6267 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राधिकारी की उक्त ररपोटग प्राप्त हो जान े पर और उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िधक्तयों का प्रयोर् करत े हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै कक उक्त अनुसूची म ें धवधनर्दगष्ट भूधम का पूवोक्त प्रयोजन के धलए अजनग ककया जाना चाधहए ; और अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (2) के अनुसरण म ें यह घोषणा करती ह ै कक इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र म ें प्रकािन पर, उक्त अनुसूची म ें धवधनर्दगष्ट भूधम सभी धवल्लर्ं मों स े मुक्त होकर आत्यधन्द्तक रूप स े केन्द्रीय सरकार म ें धनधहत हो जाएर्ी । अनसु चू ी मध्य प्रदेि राज्य के दधतया धजल े म ेंNH-552 एक्सटेंिन के कक.मी. 70+525 स े78+400 कक.मी. (Mihona-Lahar-Daboh-Bhander-Bypass Road) (Bhander- Bypass) Additional in the district of DATIA in the state of MADHYA PRADESH. And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Nai Duniya” Dated 07 August 2023 Monday and “The Times of India” Dated 07 August 2023 Monday both under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act; And whereas no objections has been received from Any Person By The Competent Authority; And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
