अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी की उक्त ररपोटग प्राप्त हो िान े पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ
की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रिि िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ैदक उक्त अनुसूची म ेंजवजनर्िगष्ट भूजम का पूवोक्त
प्रयोिन के जलए अिगन दकया िाना चाजहए;
और अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (2) के अनुसरण म ें यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th June, 2025
S.O. 2691(E).— Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport
and Highways, 6195 Dated:27/01/2025 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section
(ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to
as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to
the said notification for construction of Toll Plaza Maintenance, management and operation of NH43 Ext Gulganj -
Amanganj - Pawai - Katni Road {0+000 to 163+850} in the stretch of land from Km. 43.00 to Km. 77.00 (For Balance
and Additional Land Parcels) (Sub-divisional officer revenue Officer Revenue, Tehsil - Amanganj, (Gunnour) District
Panna) in the district of PANNA in the state of MADHYA PRADESH
And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Dainik Bhaskar Daily Satna” and
“Chhatarpur Bhraman Daily Panna” both dated 27 March 2025; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;
And whereas No anyone objection filed under Section 3-C, considered and settled the same appropriately;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has
submitted its report to the Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers
conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land
specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest
absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
