सिकाि के सड़क परिवहन औि िाजमार् ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सख्ं या का.आ. 1290 तािीख 12/03/2024, जो भाित के िाजपत्र, असािािण, भार् II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) म ें प्रकाधित की र्ई थी, द्वािा उत्ति प्रदेि िाज्य के र्ोिखपुि धजल े म ें NH29E के कक.मी. 56 स े कक.मी.80 (ऑकिस ऑफ़ थ े कम्पीटेंट अथॉरिटी / स्पेिल लडैं एक्वीजीिन officer, र्ोिखपुि अपोधजट ऑफ़ होटल पाकग िीजेंसी , पाकग िोड र्ोिखपुि) तक के िाष्ट्रीय िाजमार्ग के धनमागण (चोड़ाकिने / चाि लेन का बनान,े आकद), अनुिक्षण, प्रबंिन औि प्रचालन के धलए उस अधिसूचना स े उपाबद्ध अनुसूची म ें धवधनर्दगष्ट भूधम का अजगन किने के अपन े आिय की घोषणा की थी ; औि उक्त अधिसूचना का साि उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3क की उपिािा (3) के अिीन तािीख " 03 अप्रलै 2024" को "आज" औि "द टाइम्स ऑफ़ इधण्डया." दोनों म ेंप्रकाधित ककया र्या था ; जबकक सक्षम प्राधिकािी को िािा 3-र् के तहत “Aaj” and “The Times of India” both dated "03 April 2024"; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act; And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3-C,
