(कुरवाई - मर्ुं ावली स े चदं ेरी रोड़) के धलए भूखण्ड के धनमागण (चार लेन का बनाने /चौड़ा करन े आकद ),अनुरक्षण, प्रबंिन और प्रचालन के धलए उस अधिसूचना स े उपाबद्ध अनुसूची म ें धवधनर्दष्टग भूधम का अजगन करन े के अपन े आिय की घोषणा की थी ; और उक्त अधिसूचना का सार उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3क की उपिारा (3) के अिीन तारीख "22 धसतम्बर 2023 " को "फ्री प्रेस " और "पधत्रका" दोनों म ें प्रकाधित ककया र्या था ; जबकक सक्षम प्राधिकारी को िारा 3-र् के तहत दायर आपधि प्राप्त हुई ह,ै धजस पर धवचार ककया र्या ह ै और उसका उधचत रूप स ेधनपटान ककया र्या; और सक्षम प्राधिकारी ने उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (1) के अनुसरण म,ें केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी ररपोट गदे दी ह ै; अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राधिकारी की उक्त ररपोट ग प्राप्त हो जान े पर और उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (1) द्वारा प्रदि िधक्तयों का प्रयोर् करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै कक उक्त अनुसूची म ें धवधनर्दष्टग भूधम का पूवोक्त प्रयोजन के धलए अजगन ककया जाना चाधहए ; 1103 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] और अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (2) के अनुसरण म ें यह घोषणा करती ह ै कक इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकािन पर, उक्त अनुसूची में धवधनर्दष्टग भूधम सभी धवल्लर्ं मों स े मुक्त होकर आत्यधन्द्तक रूप स े केन्द्रीय सरकार म ें धनधहत हो जाएर्ी । अनसु चू ी मध्य प्रदेि राज्य के अिोकनर्र धजल ेम ेंराष्ट्रीय राजमार् गNH- 346 के कक.मी. 0+000 स े81+300 कक.मी. Number 2920 Dated:04/07/2023 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] the Schedule annexed to the said notification for construction of (Widening/Four - Laning, etc.) Maintenance, management and operation of National Highway NH- 346 in the stretch of land from Total Ch. (Km. 0+000 to 81+300 Km.) (Tehsil-Piprai) (Km. 64+800 to 65+150 Km.) (Kurwai-Mungawali to Chanderi – Road) in the district of ASHOKNAGAR in the state of MADHYA PRADESH. And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Free Press” and “Patrika” both dated 22 September 2023; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act; And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3-C, considered and settled the same appropriately; And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
