RW/Ranchi/LA/km.43.8 to km.50.8/NH-419/JHR/2021-22/3D ] अभय िैन, उप सजचव MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 7th August, 2023 S.O. 3526(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, 3831 Dated:16/08/2022, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub- section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for construction of (Widening/two lane with paved shoulder/four laning etc.,), maintenance, management and operation of NH419 in the stretch of land from Km. 43.8 to Km. 50.8 (Dhanbad) in the district of DHANBAD in the state of JHARKHAND.
