L.-33004/99 ससीी..जजीी..--डडीी..एएलल..--अअ..--2288110022002255--226677118877 CCGG--DDxLLx--xEEG--I22D88H11x00x22x00 2255--226677118877 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 4725] नई दिल्ली, िक्रु वार, अक्त ूबर 24, 2025/कार्तकग 2, 1947 No. 4725] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, OCTOBER 24, 2025/KARTIKA 2, 1947 सड़क पररवहन और रािमाग गमत्रं ालय अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 24 अक् तूबर, 2025 का.आ. 4871(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार न,े राष्ट्रीय रािमाग ग अजधजनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (जिसे इसम ें इसके पश्चात ् उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 3क की उपधारा (1) के अधीन िारी की गई भारत सरकार के सड़क पररवहन और रािमाग ग मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ. 5607(अ) तारीख 27/12/2024, िो भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) म ें प्रकाजित की गई थी, द्वारा केरल राज्य के जिस्ट्सूर जिल े म ें NH544 के दक.मी. 270 स े दक.मी. 342 “पेरमरागांव चलाकुडी तलूक (पूवग मुकुंिपरु म तलूक)" तक के राष्ट्रीय रािमाग ग के जनमागण (चौड़ा करने/चार लेन का बनान,े आदि), अनरु क्षण, प्रबधं न और प्रचालन के जलए उस अजधसूचना स े उपाबद्ध अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्िगष्ट भूजम का अिगन करने के अपन ेआिय की घोषणा की थी; और उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3क की उपधारा (3) के अधीन तारीख "08.02.2025" को "मिुभूजम" और "िी जहन्द्ि"ू िोनों म ें प्रकाजित दकया गया था; िबदक सक्षम प्राजधकारी को धारा 3-ग के तहत िायर आपजि प्राप्त हुई ह,ै जिस पर जवचार दकया गया ह ै और उसका उजचत रूप स ेजनपटान दकया गया; 7128 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] और सक्षम प्राजधकारी न े उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (1) के अनुसरण म,ें केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी ररपोटग िे िी ह;ै अतः अतःअब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, जविषे उप कलेक्टर एलएएनएच 66 कोडुंगल्लरू का कायागलय और जविेष उप कलेक्टर एल एएनएच डीपी जत्रिूर के जनजरक्रय कायागलय का, अजतररक्त प्रभार सक्षम प्राजधकारी की उक्त ररपोटग प्राप्त हो िाने पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रिि िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक उक्त अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्िगष्ट भूजम का पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अिगन दकया िाना चाजहए; और अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (2) के अनुसरण म ें यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक इस अजधसूचना के रािपत्र में प्रकािन पर, उक्त अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्िगष्ट भूजम सभी जवल्लगं मों स े मुक्त होकर आत्यजन्द्तक रूप स े केन्द्रीय सरकार म ें जनजहत हो िाएगी । अनसु चू ी केरल राज्य के जिस्ट्सरू जिल े म ेंNH544 के दक.मी. 270 स ेदक.मी. 342 “परे मरा गावं चलाकुडी तलकू (पवू ग मकु ुंिपरु म तलकू )" के जलए अिनग की िान े वाली सरं चना सजहत अथवा सरं चना रजहत जववरण । राज्य का नाम: केरल जिल ेका नाम: जिस्ट्सरू क्रजमक सवक्षे ण सख्ं या भूजम का प्रकार भूजम की प्रकृजत भूजम का क्षत्रे फल भस्ट्ू वामी/जहतबद्ध सख्ं या (हक्े टेयर म)ें व्यजक्तयों का नाम 1 2 3 4 5 6 तालकु का नाम: चलक्कुडी गावं का नाम: परे ंबरा 1 ३७०/५ जनिी (पुराजयिम) ड्राय 0.0036 वल्सा कोश्य एंड कोश्य ईपने 370/5-17D Total 0.0036 [फा. स.ं NHAI/Tech./LA/MA/1/2003/3D] िेख अमीनखान, जनििे क MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24th October, 2025 S.O. 4871(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O. 5607( E) Dated: 27/12/2024, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under Sub-section (1) of Section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of NH544 in the stretch of land from Km. 270 to Km. 342 "Perambra Village Chalakudy Taluk (former Mukundapuram Taluk)" in the district of THRISSUR in the state of KERALA;[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Mathrubhoomi” and “The Hindu” both dated 08.02.2025; under Sub-section (3) of Section 3A of the said Act; And where asCompetent Authority Office of the Special Deputy Collector LA NH66 Kodungallur & Addl. Charge of Defunct Office Of The Special Deputy Collector, NHDP THRISSUR the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3-C, considered and settled the same appropriately; And whereas, in pursuance of Sub-section (1) of Section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the Sub-section (1) of Section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of Sub-section (2) of Section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
