उक्त अधिधनयम कहा र्या है) की िारा 3क की उपिारा (1) के अिीन जारी की र्ई भारत सरकार के सड़क पररवहन और
राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2365(E) तारीख 08/05/2026, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असािारण, भार् II,
खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाधित की र्ई थी, द्वारा उत्तर प्रदेि राज्य के प्रयार्राज धजले में इनर ररंर् रोड के धक.मी. 0 से
धक.मी.65.066 तक के राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के धनमागण (चोड़ाकरने / चार लेन का बनाने, आधद), अनुरक्षण, प्रबंिन और प्रचालन के
धलए उस अधिसूचना से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में धवधनधदगष्ट् भूधम का अजगन करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा की थी ;
और उक्त अधिसूचना का सार उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3क की उपिारा (3) के अिीन तारीख 13/05/2026 को “द
टाइम्स ऑफ़ इण्डण्डया (अंग्रेजी)” , 13/05/2026 को “अमर उजाला” दोनो ंमें प्रकाधित धकया र्या था ;
जबधक सक्षम प्राधिकारी को िारा 3-र् के तहत दायर आपधत्त प्राप्त हुई है, धजस पर धवचार धकया र्या है और उसका
उधचत रूप से धनपटान धकया र्या;
और सक्षम प्राधिकारी ने उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (1) के अनुसरण में, के न्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी
ररपोटग दे दी है ;

अतः अब, के न्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राधिकारी की उक्त ररपोटग प्राप्त हो जाने पर और उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3घ की
उपिारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िण्डक्तयो ं का प्रयोर् करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती है धक उक्त अनुसूची में धवधनधदगष्ट् भूधम का पूवोक्त
प्रयोजन के धलए अजगन धकया जाना चाधहए ;
और अब, के न्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (2) के अनुसरण में यह घोषणा करती है धक इस
अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकािन पर, उक्त अनुसूची में धवधनधदगष्ट् भूधम सभी धवल्लंर्मो ंसे मुक्त होकर आत्यण्डिक रूप से के न्द्रीय
सरकार में धनधहत हो जाएर्ी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th July, 2026
S.O. 4113(E).— Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport
and Highways, 2365(E) Dated:08/05/2026 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-
section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter
referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule
annexed to the said notification for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of
Inner Ring Road in the stretch of land from Km. 0 to Km. 65.066 in the district of PRAYAGRAJ in the state of
UTTAR PRADESH
And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “The Times of India” dated
13/05/2026 , “Amar Ujala ” dated 13/05/2026 ; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;
And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3-C, considered and
settled the same appropriately;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has
submitted its report to the Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers
conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land
specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall
vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
