और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 5310 तारीख 09/12/2024, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असािारण,
भार् II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) म ें प्रकाधित की र्ई थी, द्वारा आंध्र प्रदेि राज्य के एनटीआर धजले म ें NH-163G के कक.मी.
281.305 स ेकक.मी.308.22 तक के राष्ट्रीय राजमार् गके धनमाणग (चौड़ा करने / चार लने का बनाने, आकद), अनरु क्षण, प्रबंिन
और प्रचालन के धलए उस अधिसूचना स े उपाबद्ध अनुसूची म ें धवधनर्दगष्ट भूधम का अजगन करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा
की थी ;
और उक्त अधिसूचना का सार उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3क की उपिारा (3) के अिीन तारीख 13/02/2025 को
“थ ेटाइम्स ओएफ इंधडया ” , 13/02/2025 को “प्रजासधक्त” दोनों म ें प्रकाधित ककया र्या था ;
और चूंकक इस मामले म ेंकोई आपधि प्राप्त नहीं हुई ह;ै

और सक्षम प्राधिकारी न े उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (1) के अनुसरण म,ें केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी
ररपोटग दे दी ह ै;
अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राधिकारी की उक्त ररपोटग प्राप्त हो जान े पर और उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3घ
की उपिारा (1) द्वारा प्रदि िधक्तयों का प्रयोर् करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ैकक उक्त अनुसूची म ेंधवधनर्दगष्ट भूधम का पूवोक्त
प्रयोजन के धलए अजगन ककया जाना चाधहए ;
और अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (2) के अनुसरण म ें यह घोषणा करती ह ै कक

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 5th December, 2025
S.O. 5623(E).— Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport
and Highways, 5310 Dated:09/12/2024 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section
(ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to
as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to
the said notification for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of NH-163G in
the stretch of land from Km. 281.305 to Km. 308.22 in the district of NTR in the state of ANDHRA PRADESH
And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “The Times of India” dated
13/02/2025 , “Prajasakti” dated 13/02/2025 ; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;
And Whereas no objections have been received in the matter;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has
submitted its report to the Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers
conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land
specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest
