* **Timelines/Procedures:** While specific timelines are not explicitly stated, the notification triggers the formal acquisition process. The land vests in the Central Government upon publication of the notification. Compensation to landowners will be determined and disbursed according to established procedures under the National Highway Act.
* The notification references previous notifications (S.O. 5504 dated 31.12.2021), indicating a multi-stage process.
**8. Expected Outcomes / Impact of Changes:**
* **Improved Infrastructure:** The primary expected outcome is the improved infrastructure of NH543, including widening/four-laning, which will likely lead to increased traffic capacity, reduced congestion, and improved safety.
* **Economic Development:** Better connectivity can stimulate economic activity in the region.
* **Land Acquisition Compensation:** Landowners will receive compensation for the acquired land, as per the provisions of the National Highway Act.
* **Potential Displacement:** While not explicitly stated, the land acquisition process may lead to the displacement of some individuals or businesses, requiring resettlement and rehabilitation measures.

It establishes the Central Government's authority to acquire specified land parcels for the project and outlines the legal basis for this action.
