CE-RO-BPL/30010/04/2017-18/3D] अभय िैन, उप सजचव MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 20th September, 2023 S.O. 4149(E)—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport andHighways, Department of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 1149 (E) dated – 10 March 2023, published in Gazetteof India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National HighwaysAct, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the landspecified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening / four-laning, etc.), maintenance, managementand operation of National Highway No. 43 Ext. Gulganj - Amanganj - Pawai - Katni Road {KM. 0+00 to KM. 163+85} in the stretchof land from design Km. 137+00 to Km. 157+30 (Sub-Divisional officer revenue & land acquisition officer Tehsil - Shahnagar) inthe district of PANNA in the state of MADHYA PRADESH. And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Fauladi Kalam Daily” and “Dainik BhaskarSatna” dated 26 March 2023;under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 And whereas no objection has been received from any person by the competent authority; Or Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should beacquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that onpublication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the CentralGovernment, free from all encumbrances.
