EE/NHP/765D/LA/M-R Road/2021-22/3D] अभय िैन, उप सजचव MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 28th March, 2023 S.O. 1450(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O.4393(E) dated on 20th September 2022, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for construction of Toll Plaza Maintenance, management and operation of Medak-Yellareddy-Rudrur section of NH-765D on the stretch of land from Km. 78.700 to Km. 176.800 (RDO office, Main road, Medak town, Medak District) in the district of MEDAK in the state of TELANGANA.
