पररवहन और रािमाग ग मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2530(E), दिनांक 31.05.2022, िो भारत के रािपत्र,
असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) म ें प्रकाजित की गई थी, द्वारा तजमलनाडु राज्य के कांचीपुरम जिले म ें NH4 के
दक.मी. 27.600 स े दक.मी. 86.450 तक के राष्ट्रीय रािमाग ग के जनमागण (चौड़ा करन/े चार लने का बनाने आदि), अनुरक्षण,
प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के जलए उस अजधसूचना स े उपाबद्ध अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्िष्टग भूजम का अिगन करन े के अपन े आिय की
घोषणा की थी ।
और उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3क की उपधारा (3) के अधीन तजमल भाषा म ें
"दिनामलार" और अंग्रेजी भाषा म ें "ि न्द्य ू इंजडयन एक्सप्रेस" िोनों म ें दिनांक 11.06.2022 को प्रकाजित दकया गया था ।
और िबदक सक्षम प्राजधकारी को दकसी व्यजक्त से कोई आपजि प्राप्त नहीं हुई ह ै।
और सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (1) के अनुसरण म,ें केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी
ररपोर्ग िे िी ह ै।

अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी की उक्त ररपोर्ग प्राप्त हो िान े पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ
की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रिि िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक उक्त अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्िष्टग भूजम का
पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अिगन दकया िाना चाजहए।
और अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (2) के अनुसरण म ें यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th July, 2022
S.O. 3419(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport
and Highways, Gazette No. 2530 (E) dated 31.05.2022 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II,
Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956)
(hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in
the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (Widening/Four-Laning/Six-laning, etc.), maintenance,
management and operation of NH4 on the stretch of land from Km. 27.600 to Km. 86.450 in the district of
Kancheepuram in the state of Tamil Nadu;
And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Dinamalar” and “The New Indian
Express” both dated 11.06.2022 under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;
And whereas no objections have been received from any person by the Competent Authority;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Competent Authority has
submitted its report to the Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers
conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land
specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall
vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
