L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-27072023-247638 xxxGIDHxxx CG-DL-E-27072023-247638 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 3220] नई दिल्ली, बुधवार, िुलाई 26, 2023/श्रावण 4, 1945 No. 3220] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, JULY 26, 2023/SHRAVANA 4, 1945 सड़क पररवहन और रािमाग गमत्रं ालय अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 24 िलु ाई, 2023 का.आ. 3365(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार ने, राष्ट्रीय रािमाग ग अजधजनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 3क की उपधारा (1) के अधीन िारी की गई भारत सरकार के सड़क पररवहन और रािमाग ग मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ. 3556 तारीख 29/07/2022, िो भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाजित की गई थी, द्वारा गुिरात राज्य के अहमिाबाि जिले में NH751 के दक.मी. 0 से दक.मी. 71.070 (महसूल भवन, २ फ्लोर, कलेक्टोरेट, जनयर सुभाष जिि सर्कगल, अहमिाबाि) तक के राष्ट्रीय रािमागग के जनमाणग (चौड़ा करने/चार लेन का बनाने, आदि), अनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के जलए उस अजधसूचना स े उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में जवजनर्िगष्ट भूजम का अिगन करन े के अपन ेआिय की घोषणा की थी; और उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3क की उपधारा (3) के अधीन तारीख 7 अगस्ट्त, 2022 को "गुिरात समाचार" और "इंजडयन एक्सप्रेस" वर्त्गमान पत्र में प्रकाजित दकया गया था; और आक्षपे प्राप्त हुए थ े और सक्षम प्राजधकारी न े उन पर जवचार कर जलया ह ै और आक्षेपों को अननुज्ञात कर दिया ह;ै और सक्षम प्राजधकारी न े उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (1) के अनुसरण म,ें केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी ररपोटग िे िी ह;ै अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी की उक्त ररपोटग प्राप्त हो िान े पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रिर्त् िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक उक्त अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्िगष्ट भूजम का पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अिनग दकया िाना चाजहए ; 4845 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] और अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (2) के अनुसरण में यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक इस अजधसूचना के रािपत्र में प्रकािन पर, उक्त अनुसूची में जवजनर्िगष्ट भूजम सभी जवल्लगं मों से मुक्त होकर आत्यजन्द्तक रूप से केन्द्रीय सरकार में जनजहत हो िाएगी । अनसु चू ी गुिरात राज्य के अहमिाबाि जिल े म ेंनया प्रस्ट्ताजवत (राष्ट्रीय रािमाग ग संख्या751) अहमिाबाि धोलरे ा एक्सप्रेसव े के दक.मी. 0 स े दक.मी. 71.070 के जलए अिगन की िान े वाली सरं चना सजहत अथवा संरचना रजहत भूजम का जववरण। राज्य का नाम: गिु रात जिल ेका नाम: अहमिाबाि क्रजमक सवक्षे ण सख्ं या भूजम का प्रकार भूजम की प्रकृजत भूजम का क्षत्रे फल भस्ट्ू वामी/ जहतबद्ध सख्ं या (हक्े टेयर म)ें व्यजक्तयों का नाम 1 2 3 4 5 6 तालकु का नाम: धोलका गावं का नाम: केसरगढ़ 1 649 जनिी (649) कृजष 0.1266 िामिीभाई वीथनभाई, िेसंगभाई वीथनभाई, गंभीरभाई वीथनभाई, रािुबेन वीथनभाई रणछोड़भाई की जवधवा कुल योग 0.1266 [फा. स.ं NHAI/Bharatmala/Expressway/Ahmedabad-Dholera/2018/3D] अभय िैन, उप सजचव MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24th July, 2023 S.O. 3365(E).—Whereas by the notification No. S.O. 3556 (E) of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, published on the 29-07-2022, in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening/four-laning/ six-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of Newly Proposed Ahmedabad - Dholera Expressway(New National Highway no.751) on the stretch of land from Km. 0 to Km. 71.070 in the district of Ahmedabad in the state of GUJARAT. And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “GUJARAT SAMACHAR” and “INDIAN EXPRESS” newspapers dated 7 August, 2022; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act; And whereas objections have been received and the same have been considered and disallowed by the Competent Authority; And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in the exercise of powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on the publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 SCHEDULE Brief description of the land to be acquired, with or without structure, falling within the Newly Proposed National Highway No. 751 Ahmedabad Dholera Expressway in the stretch of land from Km. 0.00 to Km. 71.070 in the district of AHMEDABAD in the state of GUJARAT.
