Block No. सकती र्वरदराि परूे माल कोमर्वल 23 6/T.S.No. 70 मनिी रयोत मनाई 0.000959 (70/2) pt. कुल 0.1894948 [फा. सं. : NHAI/11013/2/2018/PIU/Chennaidt.08-11-2018/3D] अभय िैन, उप सजचव MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 2nd May, 2023 S.O. 2006(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O.5926(E) dated 19.12.2022, Published, in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub Section(ii) issued under Sub-Section(1) of Section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the Additional[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5 land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for Building, Maintenance, Management, Operation and Construction of New Four Lane Elevated Road from Chennai Port to Maduravoyal (NH-4) in the State of Tamil Nadu in the stretch from KM.0.000 to KM.20.200 for the development of double decker Elevated Corridor due to construction of Roads and formation of ramps (Special District Revenue Officer, (LA), NH-205, NH-716B, NH-4, NH-5, Tiruvallur District, No.3/4, Lal Bagathur Sastri Street, Periyakuppam, Near Thulasi Theatre, Tiruvallur – 602 001) in the district of CHENNAI in the State of TAMILNADU. And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in the “The Hindu” in English and in “Dinakaran” in Tamil both dated 14.01.2023 under Sub-Section(3) of section 3A of the said Act; And whereas, One Objection Petition has been received from the person interested in the said lands within the time prescribed under section 3C(1); And whereas, the Objection Petition received under section 3C(1) has been enquired in detail and the Objections have been disallowed under section3C(2); And whereas, in pursuance of Sub-Section(1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Competent Authority has submitted its report to the Central Government; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the Sub-Section(1) of Section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the Additional lands specified in the schedule below should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the Additional lands specified in the Schedule below shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all Encumbrances.
