ऄनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के जलए ईस ऄजधसूचना से ईपाबद्ध ऄनुसूची म ें जवजनर्ददष्ट भूजमकाऄिगन करने के ऄपन े
अिय की घोषणा की थी ;

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st July, 2022
S.O. 3312(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport
and Highways, S.O. 633 (E) dated 14th february, 2022, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II,
Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956)
(hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declares its intension to acquire the land specified in
the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and
operation of improvement of existing southren Patiala bypass at km 54.704 by providing service road at the Sanour
Junction on NH-07 to provide connectivity to sanaur from the main NH-07.The section of Patiala bypass (NH-07) was
developed by MoRT&H under NHDP-IV Chandigarh-Bathinda inter corridor route (ICR) in the stretch of land
Patiala Bypass at km 54.704 (VUP) Zirakpur-Bathinda Section in the district of PATIALA in the state of PUNJAB,
hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.
And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “The Tribune english” and
“Charhdikala Punjabi” both dated 18th February, 2022 under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;
And whereas objections have been received and the same have been considered and disallowed by the
competent Authority;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has
submitted its report to the Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers
conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land
specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall
