दक.मी. 0 स े दक.मी.55.9 (मिनपल्ली - जपलर सेक्िन) तक के राष्ट्रीय रािमाग ग के जनमाणग (pkSM+k करन े / चार लने का
बनाने, आदि), अनरु क्षण, प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के जलए उस अजधसूचना स े उपाबद्ध अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्िगष्ट भूजम का अिगन
करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा की थी ;
और उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3क की उपधारा (3) के अधीन तारीख "22 माच ग 2022 "
को "थ ेहसं इंजडया " और "आंध्र ज्योजत" िोनों म ें प्रकाजित दकया गया था ;
और आक्षपे प्राप्त हुए थ े और सक्षम प्राजधकारी न े उन पर जवचार कर जलया ह ै और आक्षेपों को अननुज्ञात कर दिया
ह ै ; तिनुसार, केंर सरकार न े सड़क पररवहन और रािमाग ग मंत्रालय म ें भारत सरकार की अजधसूचना म ें क्रमांक S.O.
2117 (अ) दिनांक 6 मई 2022 में संयुक्त कलेक्टर, अन्नमयया को तत्कालीन जचत्तरू जिलों स े जतरुपजत म ें पड़न े वाल े गांवों
के जलए भूजम अजधग्रहण के जलए सक्षम प्राजधकारी के रूप म ेंअजधकृत दकया ह।ै
और सक्षम प्राजधकारी न े उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (1) के अनुसरण म,ें केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी

की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक उक्त अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्िगष्ट भूजम का
पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अिनग दकया िाना चाजहए ;

MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS
NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th September, 2022
S.O. 4168(E).—In Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road
Transport and Highways, number S.O. 1147(E) dated 14th March 2022 , published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National
Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared
its intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building
(widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of NH71 on the stretch of land from
Km 0 to Km 55.9 (Madanapalli-Piler Section) in the district of Annamayya in the state of ANDHRA
PRADESH;
And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “The Hans India” and
“Andhra Jyothi” both dated 22.03.2022; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;
And whereas objections have been received and the same have been considered and disallowed by
the Competent Authority;
Govt. of Andhra Pradesh restructured / formed new Districts from 13 Districts to 26 Districts and
out of these Districts, Annamayya is one of the new Districts. Accordingly, Central Government authorized
Joint Collector, Annamayya as Competent Authority for Land Acquisition for the villages falling in
Annamayya District from erstwhile Chittoor District in the Notification of Government of India in the
Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. 2117(E) dated 06th May 2022 published in the
Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section-3, Sub-section (ii), dated 06th May 2022.
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority
has submitted its report to the Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the
powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government
hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said
Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
