कायागलय, पुदक्कु ोट्टइ) तक के राष्ट्रीय रािमाग ग के जनमागण (चोड़ा करने / चार लेन का बनाने, अदद), ऄनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन और
प्रचालन के जलए ईस ऄजधसूचना स ेईपाबद्ध ऄनुसूची म ेंजवजनर्ददष्ट भूजम का ऄिगन करने के ऄपने अिय की घोषणा की थी ;
और ईक्त ऄजधसूचना का सार ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 3क की ईपधारा (3) के ऄधीन तारीख "26.02.2021" को
"ददनाकरन" और "जहन्द्द"ू दोनों म ेंप्रकाजित दकया गया था ;
और अक्षेप प्राप्त हुए थ े और सक्षम प्राजधकारी न ेईन पर जवचार कर जलया ह ैऔर अक्षेपों को ऄननुज्ञात कर ददया ह ै;
और सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की ईपधारा (1) के ऄनुसरण म,ें केन्द्रीय सरकार को ऄपनी
ररपोट गदे दी ह ै;
ऄतः ऄब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी की ईक्त ररपोट ग प्राप्त हो िाने पर और ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की
ईपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक ईक्त ऄनुसूची म ें जवजनर्ददष्ट भूजम का पूवोक्त

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 1st November, 2021
S.O. 4557(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road
Transport and Highways, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section
(ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter
referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : ऄसाधारण 3
the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance,
management and operation of NH-383 on the stretch of land from Km. 0 to Km. 14 (Collectorate office,
Pudukottai) in the district of SIVAGANGA in the state of TAMIL NADU
And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Dinakaran” and “The
Hindu” both dated 26.02.2021; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;
And whereas objections have been received and the same have been considered and disallowed by the
competent Authority;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority
has submitted its report to the Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the
powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government
hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said
Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
