No5929(E) dated 19.12.2022, published in the Gazette of India No. 5693, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening/Six-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of NH4 in the stretch of land from Km. 86.65 to Km. 107.091 (Karaipet to Walajahpet section) in the village of Kondapuram in the Taluk of Nemili (Erstwhile Arakonam) and in the village of Kadapperi in the Taluk of Walajahpet in the District of Ranipet (Erstwhile Vellore District) in the State of TAMIL NADU And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Dinakaran” and “The Times of India” both dated 27.12.2022 under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act; And whereas no objection petition was received.
