This schedule includes both government and private lands, classified as residential, agricultural, and bandh (embankment).
**6. Target Audience and Stakeholders:**
The primary target audience and stakeholders are:
* **Landowners:** Individuals and entities (including the Bijali Vidhuta Board) whose land is listed in the schedule for acquisition. The text identifies specific owners by name and survey number.
* **Residents of Aurangabad, Bihar:** The improvements to NH2 will directly impact transportation and connectivity in the region.
* **Ministry of Road Transport and Highways:** The government body responsible for the execution of the project.
**7. Implementation Aspects (Inferred):**
* **Responsible agency/bodies mentioned:** The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways and the competent authority (who submitted a report to the Central Government after considering objections) are responsible for implementing this notification.
* **Timelines or procedures specified in the text:** The notification follows a specific process: 1) Initial notification of intent; 2) consideration and disallowance of objections; 3) submission of a report by the competent authority; 4) declaration of land acquisition; 5) vesting of land in the Central Government upon publication in the Official Gazette. The dates mentioned (June 3, 2021, and publication dates of Dainik Bhaskar and Times of India on June 16, 2021) establish a timeline for the initial stages of the process.
**8. Expected Outcomes / Impact of Changes:**
The likely intended outcomes are:
* **Improved Highway Infrastructure:** The primary goal is to upgrade and expand NH2 in the specified stretch, enhancing its capacity and quality.
* **Enhanced Connectivity:** The four-laning/six-laning is expected to improve traffic flow and reduce travel times, benefiting commuters and businesses.
* **Economic Development:** Improved transportation infrastructure can stimulate economic growth in the region by facilitating the movement of goods and people.
* **Legal Transfer of Land:** The acquired land will be legally transferred to the Central Government, enabling the execution of the highway project.
