0.00 दक.मी से 16.00 दक.मी तक (ससगतम - तारकू खंड) जहस्ट््से में राष्ट्रीय राजमागग संख्या 510 के बयपासों सजहत
जनमागण (चौड़ीकरण/पेव्ड िोल्डर सजहत 2-लेन/4-लेन का बनाना अदद), ऄनुररण, प्रबन्द्धन और प्रचालन के लोक
प्रयोजन के जलए, प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के जलए ईस ऄजधसूचना से ईपाबध ऄनुसूची में जवजनर्ददष्ट भूजम का ऄजगन करने के
ऄपने अिय की घोषणा की थी ;
और ईक्त ऄजधसूचना का सार ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 3क की ईपधारा (3) के ऄधीन तारीख 23.06.2021 को
''जसदिम एक्सप्रेस’’ और ''ऄनुगजमनी’’ दोनों में प्रकाजित दकया गया था ;
और जबदक सिम प्राजधकारी के द्वारा दकसी भी व्यजक्त से कोइ अपजि प्राप्त नहीं हुइ ह ै ;
और सिम प्राजधकारी ने ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की ईपधारा (1) के ऄनुसरण में, केन्द्रीय सरकार को ऄपनी
ररपोर्ग द े दी ह ै ;
ऄतः ऄब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सिम प्राजधकारी की ईक्त ररपोर्ग प्राप्त हो जाने पर और ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 3घ
की ईपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदि िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक ईक्त ऄनुसूची में जवजनर्ददष्ट भूजम का
पूवोक्त प्रयोजन के जलए ऄजगन दकया जाना चाजहए ;

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th August, 2021
S.O. 3375(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport
and Highways S.O. 2356 (E) dated 17.06.2021, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3,
Sub-section (ii) and issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956)
(hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in
the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and
operation of National Highway No. 510 on the stretch of land from Km 0.00 to Km 16.00 (Singtam - Tarku section) in
SOUTH DISTRICT in the state of SIKKIM;
And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Sikkim Express” (Daily English)
and “Anugamini” (Daily Hindi) both dated 23.06.2021; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का राजपत्र : ऄसाधारण 5
And whereas NO objection has been received from any person by the Competent Authority;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has
submitted its report to the Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers
conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land
specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall
vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
