का.आ. 1560(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार ने, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिधनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (धजसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त
अधिधनयम कहा र्या ह)ै की िारा 3क की उपिारा (1) के अिीन जारी की र्ई भारत सरकार के सड़क पररवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय
की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 4975(E) तारीख 03/11/2025, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असािारण, भार् II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) में
प्रकाधित की र्ई थी, द्वारा छत्तीसर्ढ़ राज्य के म ंर्ेली धजले में NH-130A के कक.मी. 30.100 से कक.मी. 70.800 (म ंर्ेली-तखतप र-
पोंडी-पंडररया बाईपास सेक्िन) तक के भूखण्ड पर धनमागण, अन रक्षण, प्रबंिन और प्रचालन के धलए उस अधिसूचना से उपाबद्ध अन सूची
में धवधनर्दगष्ट भूधम का अजगन करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा की थी ;
और उक्त अधिसूचना का सार उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3क की उपिारा (3) के अिीन तारीख 06.11.2025 को नवभारत
(धहन्द्दी) और सट्रें ल क्रोंधनकल (अग्रं जे ी) में प्रकाधित ककया र्या था ;
जबकक सक्षम प्राधिकारी को िारा 3-र् के तहत दायर आपधत्त प्राप्त हुई ह,ै धजस पर धवचार ककया र्या ह ै और उसका उधचत
रूप से धनपटान ककया र्या;
और सक्षम प्राधिकारी ने उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (1) के अन सरण में, केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी ररपोटग दे दी है ;
अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राधिकारी की उक्त ररपोटग प्राप्त हो जाने पर और उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा
(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िधक्तयों का प्रयोर् करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ैकक उक्त अन सूची में धवधनर्दगष्ट भूधम का पूवोक्त प्रयोजन के धलए अजगन
ककया जाना चाधहए ;

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 24th March, 2026
S.O. 1560(E).— Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport
and Highways, 4975(E) Dated:03/11/2025 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-
section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter
referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule
annexed to the said notification for building ( widening/four -laning etc.) of Maintenance, management and operation
of NH-130A in the stretch of land from Km. 30.100 to Km. 70.800 (Takhatpur-Mungeli- Pondi- Pandariya Bypass
Section) in the District of Mungeli in the State of Chhattisgarh.
And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published on 06.11.2025 in Navbharat (Hindi)
and Central Chornical (English); under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;
And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3-C, considered and settled
the same appropriately;4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)]
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has
submitted its report to the Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers
conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land
specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest
absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
