NH-139 (W) के दक.मी. 3+200 स े दक.मी. 4+700 के मौिूिा िीघा सोनपुर रेल सह सड़क जिि पजश्चमी समानांतर (तक़रीिन 180 मीटर अप स्ट्रीम) गगं ा निी पर एक्सरडोज्ड केिल जिि तक के भूखण्ड पर ६लने जिि, टोल प्लािा के जनमागण, अनरु क्षण, प्रिंधन और प्रचालन के जलए उस अजधसूचना स े उपािद्ध अनुसूची में जवजनर्िगष्ट भूजमका अिगन करने के अपन े आिय की घोषणा की थी. और उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3क की उपधारा (3) के अधीन तारीख"23.08.2025" को "आि (हहिं ी)" और"ि टाइम्स ऑफ़ इंजडया (इंजललि)" िोनों म ें प्रकाजित दकया गया था; ििदक सक्षम प्राजधकारी को धारा 3-ग के तहत िायर आपजि प्राप्त हुई ह,ै जिस पर जवचार दकया गया ह ै और उसका उजचत रूप स ेजनपटान दकया गया; और सक्षम प्राजधकारी न े उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (1) के अनुसरण म,ें केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी ररपोटग िे िी ह;ै 4309GI/2026 (1)2 THEGAZETTEOFINDIA : घोषणा करती ह ै दक उक्त अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्िगष्ट भूजमका पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अिनग दकया िाना चाजहए; और अि, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा-3घ की उपधारा (2) के अनुसरण म ें यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक इस S.O. 3089(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O- 3275(E) Dated:18/07/2025, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for construction of Extra dose Cable Bridge, Toll Plaza Maintenance, management and operation of NH-139(W) in the stretch of land Km. 3+200 to Km. 4+700 Extradosed Cable bridge on River Ganga parallel to Western side (approx-180 meter upstream) of existing Digha-Sonepur Rail-cum-Road bridge on National Highway No - NH-139(W) in the district of Saran in the state of Bihar. And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Aaj (Hindi)” and “The Times of India (English)” both dated 23.08.2025 under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act. And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3-C, considered and settled the same appropriately. And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government. Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose.
