(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार न,े राष्ट्रीय रािमागग अजधजनयम का जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा क की उपधारा के अधीन िारी की गई भारत सरकार के सड़क पररवहन और रािमागग मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ अ) दिनांक िो भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड उपखण्ड (ii) म ें प्रकाजित की गई थी, द्वारा गुिरात राज्य के वडोिरा जिले म ें NH48 के दक.मी स े दक.मी (सक्षम प्राजधकारी, अथागत जडप्टी कलेक्टर वडोिरा - ग्रामीण, अजधकारी, वडोिरा) तक के भू-खण्ड के अजतररक्त संरचना / पुलों का जनमागण (चौड़ीकरण / छ्ह लेन बनाने आदि), अनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के जलए उस अजधसूचना स ेउपाबद्ध अनुसूची म ेंजवजनर्दिष्ट भूजम को अिगन करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा की थी;

और उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा क की उपधारा के अधीन तारीख को “ दिव्य भास्ट्कर ” और “ ि टाईम्स ऑफ इंजडया ” िोनों म ेंप्रकाजित दकया गया था; िबदक सक्षम प्राजधकारी को धारा -ग के तहत िायर आपजि प्राप्त हुई ह,ै जिस पर जवचार दकया गया ह ै और उसका उजचत रूप स ेजनपटान दकया गया;

GI/202THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC ii)] और सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा घ की उपधारा के अनुसरण म,ें केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी ररपोट गिे िी ह;ै अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी की उक्त ररपोट ग प्राप्त हो िाने पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा घ की उपधारा द्वारा प्रिि िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक उक्त अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्दिष्ट भूजम का पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अिगन दकया िाना चाजहए;

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 10th September S.O. (E).— Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highway, S.O. 5999 (E) dated 24.12.2025 published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-

section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for construction of additional structure / bridges (widening / six lanning etc), maintenance, management and operation of NH48 in the stretch of land from Km. 110.400 to Km. 140.210 (Dputy Collactor Vadodara Rural, Officer, Vadodara) in the district of Vadodara in the state of GUJARAT.

And whereas the substance of the said has been published in “Divya Bhaskar and "The Times of India” both dated 12.04.2026; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;

And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3-C, considered and settled the same appropriately;

And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Competent Authority has submitted its report to the Central Government;

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
