का.आ. 2909(अ).— के न्द्रीय सरकार ने, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिधनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (धजसे इसमें
इसके पश्चात् उक्त अधिधनयम कहा र्या है) की िारा 3क की उपिारा (1) के अिीन जारी की र्ई भारत सरकार के
सड़क पररवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 4596(E) तारीख 08/10/2025, जो भारत के
राजपत्र, असािारण, भार् II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाधित की र्ई थी, द्वारा तेलंगाना राज्य के हनमक डं ा जिले
में NH-353C के जक.मी.92.000 से जक.मी.108.556 तक के भूखण्ड पर ट ल प्लािा के जनमााण, (
चौडीकरण/ पेव्ड श ल्डर सजहत 2-लेन/4-लेन का बनाना आजि ), अनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के जलए
उस अजधसूचना से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में जिजनजिाष्ट भूजम का अिान करने के अपने आशय की घ षणा की थी;
और उक्त अधिसूचनाका सार उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा3क की उपिारा (3) के अिीन तारीख "25.10.2025" को
"िेलुगु"(तेलुर्ु) और ि जहन्िू (अंग्रेजी) िोनो ंमें प्रकाधित धकया र्या था;
जबधक सक्षम प्राधिकारी को िारा 3-र् के तहत िायर आपधि प्राप्त हुई है, धजस पर धवचार धकया र्या है और
उसका उधचत रूप से धनपटान धकया र्या;
और सक्षम प्राधिकारी ने उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (1) के अनुसरण में, के न्द्रीय सरकार को
अपनी ररपोटग िे िी है ;

अतः अब, के न्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राधिकारी की उक्त ररपोटग प्राप्त हो जाने पर और उक्त अधिधनयम की
िारा 3घ की उपिारा (1) द्वारा प्रिि िक्तक्तयो ंका प्रयोर् करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती है धक उक्त अनुसूची में धवधनधिगष्ट्
भूधम का पूवोक्त प्रयोजन के धलए अजगन धकया जाना चाधहए ;
और अब, के न्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (2) के अनुसरण में यह घोषणा करती
है धक इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकािन पर, उक्त अनुसूची में धवधनधिगष्ट् भूधम सभी धवल्लंर्मो ं से मुक्त होकर

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th June, 2026
S.O. 2909(E).— Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport
and Highways, 4596(E) Dated:08/10/2025, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-
section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter
referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule
annexed to the said notification for building (widening/ two lane with paved shoulder/ four laning. etc., ),
maintenance, management and operation of NH-353C in the stretch of land from Km.92.000 to Km. 108.556 in
the district of Hanamkonda in the state of TELANGANA.
And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “The Hindu (English)” and
“Velugu (Telugu)” Daily News Papers, both dated 25.10.2025, under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;
And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3C, considered and
settled the same appropriately;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has
submitted its report to the Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers
conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land
specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall
vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
