का.आ. 1290(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार ने, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिधनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (धजसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त
अधिधनयम कहा र्या ह)ै की िारा 3क की उपिारा (1) के अिीन जारी की र्ई भारत सरकार के सड़क पररवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय,
और राजमार्ग धवभार् की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 4395 तारीख 26.09.2025, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असािारण, भार्-II, खंड-3,
उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाधित की र्ई थी, द्वारा कनागटक राज्य के बार्लकोट धजले मे NH 748A के कक.मी.182.300 से कक.मी.228.500 तक
के भूखंड पर राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के धनमागण (चौड़ा करने/चार लेन बनाने आकि) अनुरक्षण, प्रबंिन और प्रचालन के लोक प्रयोजन के धलए उस
अधिसूचना से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची म ेंधवधनर्िगष्ट भूधम का अजगन करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा की थी;
और उक्त अधिसूचना का.आ. 4395 तारीख 26.09.2025 का सार उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3क की उपिारा (3) के अिीन
तारीख 07/10/2025 को “थ ेटाइम्स ओएफ इंधडया [इंधललि]” , 07/10/2025 को “धवजयवाणी” िोनों में प्रकाधित ककया र्या था ;
जबकक सक्षम प्राधिकारी को िारा 3-र् के तहत िायर आपधि प्राप्त हुई है, धजस पर धवचार ककया र्या ह ै और उसका उधचत रूप से
धनपटान ककया र्या;
और सक्षम प्राधिकारी ने उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (1) के अनुसरण में, केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी ररपोटग िे िी
ह ै;

अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राधिकारी की उक्त ररपोटग प्राप्त हो जाने पर और उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा
(1) द्वारा प्रिि िधक्तयों का प्रयोर् करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ैकक उक्त अनुसूची में धवधनर्िगष्ट भूधम का पूवोक्त प्रयोजन के धलए अजगन
ककया जाना चाधहए ;
और अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (2) के अनुसरण में यह घोषणा करती ह ैकक इस अधिसूचना
के राजपत्र में प्रकािन पर, उक्त अनुसूची में धवधनर्िगष्ट भूधम सभी धवल्लंर्मों से मुक्त होकर आत्यधन्द्तक रूप से केन्द्रीय सरकार में धनधहत

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 11th March, 2026
S.O. 1290(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and
Highways, S.O. 4395(E) dated: 26.09.2025, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3,
Subsection (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter
referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule
annexed to the said notification for building (widening/four laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of
Belgaum-Hungund-Raichur NH-748A in the stretch of land from Km. 182.300 to Km. 228.500 in the district of
BAGALKOT in the state of KARNATAKA
And whereas the substance of the said notification S.O. 4395(E) dated: 26.09.2025 has been published in “The
Times of India” dated 07/10/2025 , “Vijayvani” dated 07/10/2025 ; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;
And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3-C, considered and settled
the same appropriately;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers
conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land
specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest
absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
