L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-30092026-276654 CG-DxLx-xEG-I3D0H0x9x2x0 26-276654 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण्ड 3—उप-खण्ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 5004] नई दिल्ली, मंगलवार, जसतम्ब र 22, 2026/भार 31, 1948 No. 5004] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 22, 2026/BHADRA 31, 1948 सड़क पररवहन और रािमाग गमत्रं ालय अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 22 जसतम्बर, 2026 का.आ. 5210(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार न,े राष्ट्रीय रािमागग अजधजनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (जिसे इसम ें इसके पश्चात ् उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 3क की उपधारा (1) के अधीन िारी की गई भारत सरकार के सड़क पररवहन और रािमाग ग मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ. 4694(E) तारीख 24/08/2026, िो भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) म ें प्रकाजित की गई थी, द्वारा उत्तर प्रििे राज्य के िौनपरु जिल े म ेंNH-135A के दक.मी. 53.550 से दक.मी.59.200 (मजडयाह ूँ बाईपास) तक के भूखण्ड के जनमागण (चौड़ीकरण/पेव्ड िोल्डर सजहत 2-लने /4-लेन का बनाना आदि), अनुरक्षण, प्रबन्द्धन और प्रचालन के लोक प्रयोिन के जलए वह भजू म अपेजक्षत ह ै जिसका संजक्षप्त वणगन नीच ेअनुसूची म ें दिया गया ह,ै ऐसी भजू म का अिनग करन े के अपन ेआिय की घोषणा करती ह ै। और उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3क की उपधारा (3) के अधीन तारीख "02/09/2026 " को "ि टाईम्स ऑफ इजण्डया" और "आि" िोनों म ें प्रकाजित दकया गया था;

िबदक सक्षम प्राजधकारी को धारा 3-ग के तहत िायर आपजत्त प्राप्त हुई ह,ै जिस पर जवचार दकया गया ह ै और उसका उजचत रूप स ेजनपटान दकया गया;

7257 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] और सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (1) के अनुसरण म,ें केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी ररपोटग ि ेिी ह ै; अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी की उक्त ररपाटे प्राप्त हो िान े पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक उक्त अनुसूची में जवजनर्दिष्ट भजू म का पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अिनग दकया िाना चाजहए ;

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 22nd September, 2026 S.O. 5210(E).— Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, 4694(E) Dated:24/08/2026 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for construction (widening/two lane with paved shoulder/four laning etc.,), Maintenance, management and operation of NH-135A in the stretch of land from Km. 53.550 to Km. 59.200 (Mariahu Bypass) in the district of JAUNPUR in the state of UTTAR PRADESH.

And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Aaj” and “The Times of India” both dated "02/09/2026" under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;

And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3-C, considered and settled the same appropriately;

And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government;

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
