L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-19122025-268597 CG-DxLx-xEG-I1D9H1x2x2x0 25-268597 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 5648] नई दिल्ली, बुधवार, दिसम्ब र 17, 2025/अग्रहायण 26, 1947 No. 5648] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 17, 2025/AGRAHAYANA 26, 1947 सड़क पररवहन और रािमाग गमत्रं ालय अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 17 दिसम् बर, 2025 का.आ. 5844(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय रािमागग अजधजनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 3क की उपधारा (1) के अधीन िारी की गई भारत सरकार के सड़क पररवहन और रािमागग मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ.5340(आ) तारीख 21/11/2025, िो भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) म ें प्रकाजित की गई थी, द्वारागुिरात राज्य के अहमिाबाि जिले म ें NH751 के दक.मी. 0 से दक.मी.109.019 (महसूल भवन, २ फ्लोर, कलेक्टोरेट, सुभाष जिि सर्कगल, अहमिाबाि) तक के राष्ट्रीय रािमागग के जनमागण (चौड़ाकरने / चार लेन का बनाने, आदि), अनरु क्षण, प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के जलए उस अजधसूचना से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में जवजनर्िगष्ट भूजम का अिगन करन े के अपन ेआिय की घोषणा की थी ; और उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3क की उपधारा (3) के अधीन तारीख"30/11/2025 "को"दिव्य भास्ट्कर" एवम"टाइम्स ऑफ़ इजन्द्डया "िोनों में प्रकाजित दकया गया था ; िबकी सक्षम प्राजधकारी को धारा 3ग के तहत कोई भी व्यजक्त से कुछ भी आपजि प्राप्त नही हुई ह।ै और सक्षम प्राजधकारी न े उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (1) के अनुसरण म,ें केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी ररपोटग िे िी ह ै; 8472 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी की उक्त ररपोटग प्राप्त हो िान े पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रिि िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक उक्त अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्िगष्ट भूजम का पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अिनग दकया िाना चाजहए ; और अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (2) के अनुसरण में यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक इस अजधसूचना के रािपत्र में प्रकािन पर, उक्त अनुसूची में जवजनर्िगष्ट भूजम सभी जवल्लगं मों से मुक्त होकर आत्यजन्द्तक रूप से केन्द्रीय सरकार में जनजहत हो िाएगी । अनसु चू ी गिु रात राज्य के अहमिाबाि जिल ेम ें NH751 के दक.मी. 0 स ेदक.मी.109.019 (महसलू भवन, २ फ्लोर, कलक्े टोरेट, सभु ाष जिि सर्कगल, अहमिाबाि)के जलए अिनग की िान ेवाली सरं चना सजहत अथवा सरं चना रजहत जववरण। राज्य का नाम: गिु रात जिल ेका नाम: अहमिाबाि क्रजमक सवक्षे ण सख्ं या भूजम का प्रकार भूजम की प्रकृजत भूजम का क्षत्रे फल भस्ट्ू वामी/ जहतबद्ध सख्ं या (हक्े टेयर म)ें व्यजक्तयों का नाम 1 2 3 4 5 6 तालकु का नाम: धोलका गावं का नाम: िलालपरु गोधनश्वे र 1 284 (Old S.No. जनिी कृजष 0.1232 वनाभाई गांडाभाई 94/2) भरवाड़, मायाबेन, मीठाभाई गांडाभाई की जवधवा, बाबूभाई मीठाभाई, दिनेिभाई मीठाभाई, चंदरकाबेन मीठाभाई, संियभाई मीठाभाई Total 0.1232 [फा. स.ं NHAI/Bharatmala/Expressway/Ahmedabad-Dholera/2018/3D] िेख अमीनखान, जनििे क MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 17th December, 2025 S.O. 5844(E).— Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, No. S.O. 5340(E) Dated:21/11/2025 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of NH751 in the stretch of land from Km. 0 to Km. 109.019 (Mehsul Bhavan, 2 floor, Collectorate, Near Subhash Bridge Circle, Ahmedabad) in the district of AHMEDABAD in the state of GUJARAT And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Divya Bhaskar” and “Times of India” both dated 30/11/2025 under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act; And whereas the Competent Authority has not received any objection under Section 3-C, from any person; And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
