और उक्त अधिसूचना का सार उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा ३ क की उपिारा (३) के अिीन “०६/१२/२०२४” तारीख
को “दैधनक सायरन ” और “कदव्य मराठी” म ेंप्रकाधित ककया र्या था ;
जबकी सक्षम प्राधिकारी को िारा ३-र् के तहत दायर आपत्ती प्राप्त हुई ह,ैधजस पर धवचार ककया र्या ह ैऔर उसका
उधचत रूप स े धनपटान ककया र्या;

और सक्षम प्राधिकारी न ेउक्त अधिधनयम की िारा ३ घ की उपिारा (१) के अनुसरण म,ें केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी
ररपोटग दे दी ह;ै
अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राधिकारी की उक्त ररपोटग प्राप्त हो जान े पर और उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा ३ घ
की उपिारा (१) द्वारा प्रदत्त िधक्तयों का प्रयोर् करत ेहुए यह िोषणा करती ह ैकक उक्त अनुसूची म ेंधवधनर्दगष्ट भूधम का पूवोक्त
प्रयोजन के धलए अजगन ककया जाना चाधहए ;
और अब केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अधिधनयम की िारा ३ घ की उपिारा (२) के अनुसरण म,ें यह घोषणा करताहू. कक

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 11th July, 2025
S.O. 3172(E).— Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping, Road
Transport and Highways, Department of Road Transport and Highways number S.O.4740 (E) dated 29/10/2024,
published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section
3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government
declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building
(widening 2/4-Laning with paved shoulders, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of National Highway
No. 548 C on the stretch of land Km 18/150 to km 19/011 (Section Shegaon - Deori Phata) in Akola District in the

And whereas the substance of the said notification S.O. 4740 (E) dated 29/10/2024 has been published in “Dainik
Siren” And “Divya Marathi” Both Dated 06/12/2024; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;
And whereas objections filed under section 3-C, Considered and settled the same appropriately;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has
submitted its report to the Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers
conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land
specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest
absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
