L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-20032026-271087 CG-DxLx-xEG-I2D0H0x3x2x0 26-271087 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 1364] नई दिल्ली, बृहस्ट्प जतवार , माच ग19, 2026/फाल्ग नु 28, 1947 No. 1364] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, MARCH 19, 2026/PHALGUNA 28, 1947 सड़क पररवहन और रािमाग गमत्रं ालय अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 19 माच,ग 2026 का.आ. 1429(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार ने, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिधियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (धजसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अधिधियम कहा र्या ह)ै की िारा 3क की उपिारा (1) के अिीि जारी की र्ई भारत सरकार के सड़क पररवहि और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचिा संख्या का.आ. 4475(अ) दििााँक, 30 धसतम्बर 2025, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असािारण, भार् II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाधित की र्ई थी, द्वारा तेलंर्ािा राज्य के जिर्ांव धजले में जिर्ांव-िद्दु ेढ़ा रोड सेक्िि NH-365B के दक.मी. 86/160 से दक.मी. 131/730 (पूव गचैिेज दक.मी 0.000 से दक.मी 46.400) तक के भूखण्ड के धिमागण (चौड़ीकरण/पेव्ड िोल्डर सधहत 2-लेि/4- लेि का बिािा आदि),अिुरक्षण, प्रबंिि और प्रचालि के धलए उस अदिसूचिा से उपाबद्ध अिुसूची में धवधिदरष्ट भूधम का अजगि करिे के अपिे आिय की घोषणा की थी;

और उक्त अदिसूचिा का सार उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3क की उपिारा (3) के अिीि तारीख "16.10.2025" को "वेळुर्"ु (तेलुर्)ु और "ि धहन्द्ि"ू (अंग्रेजी) िोिों में प्रकाधित दकया र्या था; और आक्षेप प्राप्त हुए थे और सक्षम प्राधिकारी िे उि पर धवचार कर धलया ह ैऔर आक्षेपों को अििुज्ञात कर दिया है;

और सक्षम प्राधिकारी िे उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (1) के अिुसरण में, केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपिी ररपोर्ग िे िी ह;ै अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राधिकारी की उक्त ररपोर्ग प्राप्त हो जािे पर और उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा

(1) द्वारा प्रित्त िधक्तयों का प्रयोर् करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ैदक उक्त अिुसूची में धवधिर्िगष्ट भूधम का पूवोक्त प्रयोजि के धलए अजगि दकया जािा चाधहए;

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 19th March, 2026 S.O. 1429(E).— Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Gazette Notification No. S.O 4475(E) Dated on 30th September, 2025 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for construction of (widening/two-laning with[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 paved shoulders etc) Maintenance, management and operation of NH-365B in the stretch of land from Km.

86/160 to Km. 131/730 in the district of JANGAON in the state of TELANGANA

And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in "The Hindu (English)” and "Velugu

(Telugu)” Daily News Papers, both dated on 16.10.2025, under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;

And whereas objections have been received and the same have been considered and disallowed by the competent Authority

And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government.

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose.

And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
