L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-06052026-272286 xxxGIDHxxx CG-DL-E-06052026-272286 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण्ड 3—उप-खण्ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 2145] नई दिल्ली, मगं लवार, मई 5, 2026/विै ाख 15, 1948 No. 2145] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, MAY 5, 2026/VAISAKHA 15, 1948 सड़क पररवहन और रािमाग गमत्रं ालय अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 5 मई, 2026 का.आ. 2232(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार न,े राष्ट्रीय रािमागग अजधजनयम, १९५६(१९५६ का ४८) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया है) की धारा ३क की उपधारा (१) के अधीन िारी की गई भारत सरकार के सड़क पररवहन और रािमागग मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ.५२६१(अ) तारीख १८/११/२०२५,का.आ.५४९५(अ) तारीख २८/११/२०२५, िो भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड ३, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाजित की गई थी, द्वारा महाराष्ट्र राज्य के पालघर जिल ेम ेंराष्ट्रीय महामाग ग १६०-अ दक.मी.११०/००० स ेदक.मी.१५६/००० (मोखाडा-िव्हार) खडं तक के भ-ू खडं के जनमाणग (पव्े ड िोल्डर सजहत २-लने /४-लने का जनमाणग जवस्ट्तार ), अनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के जलए उस अजधसूचना स ेउपाबद्ध अनुसचू ी में जवजनर्िगष्ट भूजम का अिगन करने के अपन ेआिय की घोषणा की थी;

और उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा ३क की उपधारा (३) के अधीन का.आ.५२६१(अ) तारीख १८/११/२०२५ में "िैजनक नविक्ती" और "दि फ्री प्रसे िनलग " तारीख २२/११/२०२५ िोनों में प्रकाजित दकया गया था; और का.आ.५४९५(अ) तारीख २८/११/२०२५ में "िैजनक नविक्ती" और "दि फ्री प्रसे िनलग " तारीख ०३/१२/२०२५ िोनों में प्रकाजित दकया गया था;

िबदक सक्षम प्राजधकारी को धारा ३-ग के तहत िायर आपजि प्राप्त हुई ह,ै जिस पर जवचार दकया गया ह ै 3146 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] और उसका उजचत रूप स ेजनपटाण करवा दिया : और सक्षम प्राजधकारी न ेउक्त अजधजनयम की धारा ३घ की उपधारा (१) के अनुसरण म,ें केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी ररपोटग िे िी है;

अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी की उक्त ररपोटग प्राप्त हो िान े पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा ३घ की उपधारा (१) द्वारा प्रिि िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती है दक उक्त अनुसचू ी में जवजनर्िगष्ट भजू म का पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अिगन दकया िाना चाजहए;

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 5th May, 2026 S.O. 2232(E).— Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways,Notification Number S.O. 5261(E) Dated 18/11/2025, S.O.5495(E) Dated 28/11/2025, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for (2-lane/4-laning, with Paved shoulder etc) maintenance,management and operation of National Highway 160-A in the Stretch of the land from Ex Ch 110.000 to Ex Ch 156.000 (Mokhada-Jawhar) Section in the district of Palghar in the state of Maharashtra.

And whereas the substance of the said notification S.O. 5261(E) Dated 18/11/2025 has been published in “Dainik Navshakti” and “The Free Press Journal” both are dated 22/11/2025; And S.O. 5495(E) Dated 28/11/2025 has been published in “Dainik Navshakti” and “The Free Press Journal” both are dated 03/12/2025; under sub-section

(3) of section 3A of the said Act;

And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3-C, considered and settled the same appropriately;

And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government;

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
