L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-25082026-275758 CG-DxLx-xEG-I2D5H0x8x2x0 26-275758 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 4485] नई दिल्ली, सोमवार, अगस्ट्त 24, 2026/भाद्र 2, 1948 No. 4485] NEW DELHI, MONDAY, AUGUST 24, 2026/BHADRA 2, 1948 सड़क पररवहन और रािमाग गमत्रं ालय अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 24 अगस्ट्त, 2026 का.आ. 4668(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार न,े राष्ट्रीय राजमार् ग अधिधियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (धजसे इसम ें इसके पश्चात ्उक्त अधिधियम कहा र्या ह)ै की िारा 3क की उपिारा (1) के अिीि जारी की र्ई भारत सरकार के सड़क पररवहि और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचिा संख्या का.आ. 927(E) तारीख 19/02/2026, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असािारण, भार् II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) म ेंप्रकाधित की र्ई थी, द्वारा आंध्र प्रदेि राज्य के प्रकािम ्धजले म ेंNH16 के कक.मी. 1182.802 स े कक.मी.1366.547 तक के राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के धिमागण (चोड़ाकरिे / चार लेि का बिािे, आकद), अिुरक्षण, प्रबंिि और प्रचालि के धलए उस अधिसूचिा स े उपाबद्ध अिुसूची म ेंधवधिर्दगष्ट भूधम का अजगि करि े के अपिे आिय की घोषणा की थी ; और उक्त अधिसूचिा का सार उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3क की उपिारा (3) के अिीि तारीख "प्रिािजि" (तले ुग)ु "हसं इंजडया" (अंग्रेिी) िोनों दिनांक 19 माचग 2026 दोिों म ेंप्रकाधित ककया र्या था ; जबकक सक्षम प्राधिकारी को िारा 3-र् के तहत दायर आपधि प्राप्त हुई ह,ै धजस पर धवचार ककया र्या ह ैऔर उसका उधचत रूप स े धिपटाि ककया र्या; 6509 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] और सक्षम प्राधिकारी ि े उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (1) के अिुसरण म,ें केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपिी ररपोटग दे दी ह ै; अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राधिकारी की उक्त ररपोटग प्राप्त हो जाि े पर और उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (1) द्वारा प्रदि िधक्तयों का प्रयोर् करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ैकक उक्त अिुसूची म ेंधवधिर्दगष्ट भूधम का पूवोक्त प्रयोजि के धलए अजगि ककया जािा चाधहए ; और अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (2) के अिुसरण म ें यह घोषणा करती ह ै कक इस अधिसूचिा के राजपत्र म ेंप्रकािि पर, उक्त अिुसूची में धवधिर्दगष्ट भूधम सभी धवल्लर्ं मों स ेमुक्त होकर आत्यधन्द्तक रूप स े केन्द्रीय सरकार म ेंधिधहत हो जाएर्ी । अिसु चू ी आंध्र प्रदेि राज्य के प्रकािम् धजले म ेंNH16 के कक.मी. 1182.802 स े कक.मी.1366.547 के धलए अजगि की जािे वाली संरचिा सधहत अथवा संरचिा रधहत धववरण। राज्य का िाम: आध्रं प्रदेि धजल े का िाम: प्रकािम ् क्रधमक सवक्षे ण सख्ं या भूधम का प्रकार भूधम की प्रकृधत भूधम का क्षत्रे फल भस्ू वामी/ धहतबद्ध सख्ं या (हक्े टेयर म)ें व्यधक्तयों का िाम 1 2 3 4 5 6 तालकु का िाम: मद्दीपाडु र्ावं का िाम: र्डुं लापल्ली 1 234/2 धिजी ड्राय 0.060705 वडलामुडी लक्ष्मी िरधसम्हा राव 234/2B1 Total 0.060705 [फा. स.ं NHAI/PIU-NLR/Notif/LA(HQ)-2009/3D] िेख अमीनखान, जनििे क MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24th August, 2026 S.O. 4668(E).— Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, 927(E) Dated:19/02/2026 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub- section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of NH16 in the stretch of land from Km. 1182.802 to Km. 1366.547 in the district of PRAKASAM in the state of ANDHRA PRADESH And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in "Prajasakthi" (Telugu) "Hans India" (English) both dated 19th March 2026, under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3-C, considered and settled the same appropriately; And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
