L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-29072026-274929 CG-DxLx-xEG-I2D9H0x7x2x0 26-274929 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 3948] नई दिल्ली, सोमवार, िलु ाई 27, 2026/श्रावण 5, 1948 No. 3948] NEW DELHI, MONDAY, JULY 27, 2026/SHRAVAN 5, 1948 सड़क पररवहन और रािमाग गमत्रं ालय अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 27 िुलाई, 2026 का.आ. 4118(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार ने, राष्ट्रीय रािमाग ग अजधजनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 3क की उपधारा (1) के अधीन िारी की गई भारत सरकार के सड़क पररवहन और रािमाग ग मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ. 5617(E) तारीख 05/12/2025,िो भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाजित की गई थी, द्वारा झारखण्ड राज्य के चतरा जिल े में राष्ट्रीय उच्च पथ सं॰-100 (नया-522) कुल लबं ाई 3.16 दक॰मी॰ पर जसमररया बाईपास जनमागण कायग के जलए भू-खण्ड के जनमाणग (चौड़ीकरण/पेव्ड िोल्डर सजहत 2-लने /4-लेन का बनाना आदि), अनुरक्षण, प्रबन्द्धन और प्रचालन के लोक प्रयोिन उस अजधसूचना से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में जवजनर्िगष्ट भूजम का अिनग करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा की थी ;

और उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3क की उपधारा (3) के अधीन तारीख "27/12/2025" को “हहिं स्ट्ु तान” और “प्रभात खबर” म ेंप्रकाजित दकया गया था ; िबदक सक्षम प्राजधकारी को धारा 3-ग के तहत िायर आपजि प्राप्त हुई ह,ै जिस पर जवचार दकया गया ह ै और उसका उजचत रूप स ेजनपटान दकया गया;

और सक्षम प्राजधकारी न े उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (1) के अनुसरण म,ें केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी ररपोटग िे िी ह ै;

5709 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी की उक्त ररपाटे प्राप्त हो िान े पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3घ की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रिि िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक उक्त अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्िगष्ट भूजम का पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अिनग दकया िाना चाजहए ;

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 27th July, 2026 S.O. 4118(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, 5617(E) Dated:05/12/2025 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-

section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for construction of Road (widening/two lane with paved shoulder/four laning etc.,), maintenance, management and operation of Simariya Bypass on National Highway No.-100 (New-522) at CHATRA in the state of JHARKHAND (Length 3.16 Km).

And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Hindustan” And “Prabhat Khabar” dated 27/12/2025 ; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3

And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3-C, considered and settled the same appropriately;

And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government;

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
