र्ा (ख) जिसने अपन े पजत र्ा अपनी पत्नी के िीजवत रहत े हुए दकसी व्यजि स े जववाह दकर्ा ह ैर्ा जववाह की संजविा की ह ैउि पि पर जनर्ुजि का पात्र नहीं होगा : परन्त ु र्दि केन्रीर् सरकार का र्ह समाधान हो िाता ह ै दक ऐसा जववाह ऐस े व्यजि और जववाह के अन्र् पिकार को लागू स्ट्वीर् जवजध के अधीन अनुज्ञेर् ह ै और ऐसा करन े के जलए अन्र् आधार ह ैं तो वह दकसी व्यजि को इस जनर्म के प्रवतान स ेछूट िे सकेगी। 5. जिजर्ल करन े की िजि : िहा ं केन्रीर् सरकार की र्ह रार् ह ै दक ऐसा करना आवश्र्क र्ा समीचीन ह,ै वहा ं वह उसके जलए िो कारण ह ैं उन्ह ें लेखबद्ध करके इन जनर्मों के दकसी उपबंध को दकसी वग ा र्ा प्रवग ा के व्यजिर्ों की बाबत, आिेि द्वारा जिजर्ल कर सकेगी। 6. व्यावजृ त्त : इन जनर्मों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरिण, आर्–ु सीमा में छूट और अन्र् ररर्ार्तों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालगे ी, जिनका केंरीर् सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध म ें समर्–समर् पर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतर्ों, अनुसूजचत िनिाजतर्ों, अन्र् जपछड़े वगों, भूतपूव ा सैजनकों और अन्र् जविेष प्रवग ा के व्यजिर्ों के जलए उपबंध करना अपेजित ह।ै अनसु चू ी पि का नाम पिों की सख्ं र्ा वगीकरण वते न मरै रक्स म ेंस्ट्तर चर्न अर्वा अचर्न पि (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) अवर श्रेणी जलजपक 8*(2024) साधारण केंरीर् वेतन मैररक्स में स्ट्तर-2 अचर्न सेवा, समूह ‘ग’, (19900-63200/-रूपर्े) (*कार्ाभार के आधार अरािपजत्रत पर पररवतान दकर्ा िा सजचवीर् सकता ह)ै सीध ेभती दकए िान े सीध ेभती दकए िान े सीध ेभती दकए िान े पररवीिा भती की पद्धजत : भती सीधी होगी र्ा वाल े व्यजिर्ों के जलए वाल ेव्यजिर्ों के जलए वाल ेव्यजिर्ों के अवजध, प्रोन्नजत द्वारा र्ा प्रजतजनर्जुि र्ा आर्–ु सीमा अपजे ित िजै िक और जलए जवजहत आर् ु र्दि कोई आमले न द्वारा तर्ा जवजभन्न पद्धजतर्ों अन्र् अहता ाएँ और िजै िक द्वारा भरी िान ेवाली ररजिर्ों की हो। अहता ाएँ प्रोन्नत प्रजतितता व्यजिर्ों की ििा म ें लाग ूहोंगी र्ा नहींI (6) (7) (8) (9) (10) 18 से 27 वषा (केन्रीर् (i) दकसी मान्र्ता प्राप्त हां, स्ट्तंभ संख्र्ा (10) िो वषा (i) कमाचारी चर्न आर्ोग के माध्र् म से सरकार द्वारा समर्– बोडा र्ा जवश्वजवद्यालर् में ििाार्ी गई सीमा 85 प्रजतित सीधी भती द्वारा। से बारहवीं र्ा समतुल्र् तक समर् पर िारी दकए (ii) 10 प्रजतित ररजिर्ां समहू ‘ग’ गर्े अनुििे ों र्ा आििे ों (ii) टाइपराइटर पर 30 कमाचाररर्ों में से वेतन मरै रक्स के के अनुसार सरकारी िब्ि प्रजत जमनट अंग्रेिी वेतन स्ट्तर-1, िो मैररक पास की सेवको के जलए जिजर्ल टंकण की गजत र्ा हहिं ी र्ोग्र् ता रखता ह,ै और जवभागीर् अहका करके 40 वषा तक की टंकण में 25 िब्ि प्रजत परीिा के आधार पर तीन वषा की िा सकती ह)ै जमनट की गजत होनी जनर्जमत सेवा की हो, द्वारा भरे चाजहए।[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 रटप्पण : आर्-ु सीमा अर्वा िार्ेंगे। अवधाररत करने के कंप्र्ूटर पर टंकण रटप्पण-1: पात्रता परीिा हते ु जलए जनणाार्क तारीख अंग्रेिी में 35 िब्ि प्रजत अजधकतम आर्ु सीमा 45 वषा हो कमाचारी चर्न आर्ोग जमनट र्ा हहिं ी में 30 (अनुसूजचत िाजत/ अनुसजू चत िनिाजत द्वारा जनर्त की िार्ेगी िब्ि प्रजत जमनट की के गजत हो (प्रत्र्ेक िब्ि के जलए 50 वष ाकी आर्ु हो) जलए 5 की जडप्रेिन के रटप्पण-2 : र्दि औसत पर 10500 के इस खंड (उपर्ुाक् त ii) के अधीन उपलब्ध डी पी एच के समरूप ररजिर्ों की तुलना में ऐसे कमाचारी अंग्रेिी में 35 ज्र्ािा ह,ैं तो आगामी वषों में परीिा म ें िब्ि प्रजत जमनट र्ा अहता ा प्राप्त ऐसे कमाचाररर्ों द्वारा हहिं ी में 30 िब्ि प्रजत ररजिर्ों को भरने पर जवचार दकर्ा जमनट) िार्ेगा तादक ऐसे कमाचारी जिन्होंने पहले परीिा पास की हो, बाि में परीिा पास करने वाले कमाचारी से पहले जवचार दकर्ा िा सके। (iii) पांच प्रजतित ररजिर्ां मैररक र्ा समकि र्ोग्र्ता रखने वाले मल्टी- टाहस्ट्कंग स्ट्टाफ कमाचाररर्ों से वररष्ठता- सह- उपर्ुिता के आधार पर भरी िाएंगी। प्रोन्नजत र्ा र्दि जवभागीर् प्रोन्नजत सजमजत ह,ै तो उसकी संरचना भती करन ेम ेंदकन प्रजतजनर्जु ि/आमले न द्वारा पररजस्ट्र्जतर्ों म ें भती की ििा म,ें व ेश्रजे णर्ा ँ सघं लोक सवे ा आर्ोग स ेपरामि ा जिनस ेप्रोन्नजत र्ा दकर्ा िाएगा। प्रजतजनर्जु ि/आमले न दकर्ा िाएगा। (11) (12) (13) िैसा स्ट्तंभ संख्र्ा (10) में समहू ‘ग’ जवभागीर् प्रोन्नजत सजमजत (सवे ा सपं जु ष्ट के सबं ंध म ें जवचार करन े के लाग ूनहीं होता। दिर्ा गर्ा ह।ै जलए) जिसम ें जनम्नजलजखत िाजमल होंग े – (i) जनििे क, राष्ट्रीर् प्राणी उद्यान -अध्र्ि; Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the National Zoological Park, Lower Division Clerk Recruitment Rules, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of post, classification and Level in the Pay Matrix. - The number of the post, its classification and Pay Level in the Pay Matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in Columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age-limit and other qualifications, etc. - Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule. 4. Disqualification. - No person, - (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into a contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law application to such person and the other party to the marriage and that are there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do it may, by order, for reason to be recorded in writing and relax any of the provisions of these with respect to any class or category of persons. 6. Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation in age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Casts, the Schedule Tribes, the Other Backward classes, the Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the order issued by the Central Government from time in this regard.
