उक्त भूजम के जहतबद्ध कोई व्यजक्त, रािपत्र में इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन की तारीख से तीस दिन के भीतर, उक्त
अजधजनयम की धारा 20घ की उपधारा (1) के अधीन उपयक्तुव प्रयोिन के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अिवन और उपयोग के संबंध म ें
आिेप कर सकेगा।
प्रत्येक ऐसी आिपे सिम प्राजधकारी, रामगढ़, झारखडं राज्य को जलजखत में दकया िाएगा और उसमें उसके
आधार उपवर्णवत होंग े और सिम प्राजधकारी आिेपकता व को व्यजक्तगत रूप स े या जवजध व्यवसायी के माध्यम से सुनवाई का
अवसर प्रिान करेगा और सभी ऐसे आिेपों की सुनवाई करन े तथा ऐसी और िांच, यदि कोई हो, करने के पश्चात जिस े
सिम प्राजधकारी आवश्यक समझे, आिेि द्वारा या तो आिपे ों को अनुज्ञातया अननुज्ञात कर सकेगा। उक्त अजधजनयम की

NOTIFICATION
Patna, the 9th December, 2025
S.O. 5809(E).— Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20A
of the Railways Act, 1989 (Act No. 24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), and after being satisfied that
the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule appended hereto, is required for a public purpose,
namely, for the construction project of “ROR at Patratu” in the State of Jharkhand, it is hereby declared that the said
land in Mouza Terpa is to be acquired.
Any person interested in the said land may, within thirty days from the date of publication of this notification
in the Official Gazette, raise objections to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-
section (1) of Section 20D of the said Act.
Every such objection shall be made in writing to the Competent Authority, Ramgarh, Jharkhand State, and
shall state the grounds on which it is based. The Competent Authority shall provide the objector an opportunity of
being heard in person or through a legal practitioner, and after hearing all such objections and making such further
enquiry, if any, as it deems necessary, may, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.
Every such objection, under sub-section (1) of Section 20D of the said Act, relating to the acquisition and use
of land for the aforesaid purpose, shall be submitted in writing to the Competent Authority, i.e., the Land Acquisition[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5
Officer, Ramgarh, and shall clearly state the grounds thereof. The Competent Authority shall provide the objector an
opportunity of personal hearing or representation through a legal practitioner and, after examining all objections and
