महन्द्े रघू ाट, पटना, 2 जसतम्ब र, 2025 का.आ. 4084(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, रेलर्े अजधजनयम, 1989 (1989 का 24) (जिसे इसम ें इसके पश्चयात उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 20क की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए यह समाधान हो िान े के पश्चयात की लोक पररयोिन के जलय े र्ह भूजम जिसका संजिप्त जर्र्रण इसके उपबध्द में ददया गया ह,ै झारखंड राज्य में "चपरी-चरही स्ट्टेिन के बीच नई रेलर्े लाइन (13.77 दकमी)"जनमावण कायव के प्रयोिन के जलए अपेजित है, का अजधग्रहण दकया िाएगा। उक्त भूजम के जहतबद्ध कोई व्यजक्त, रािपत्र में इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन की तारीख से तीस ददन के भीतर, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20घ की उपधारा (1) के अधीन उपयक्तयव प्रयोिन के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अिवन और उपयोग के संबंध म ें आिेप कर सकेगा। प्रत्येक ऐसी आिेप सिम प्राजधकारी, हिारीबाग , झारखंड राज्य को जलजखत म ें दकया िाएगा और उसमें उसके आधार उपर्र्णतव होंगे और सिम प्राजधकारी आिेपकताव को व्यजक्तगत रूप से या जर्जध व्यर्सायी के माध्यम से सयनर्ाई का अर्सर प्रदान करेगा और सभी ऐसे आिपे ों की सयनर्ाई करन े तथा ऐसी और िांच, यदद कोई हो, करन े के पश्चात जिस े सिम प्राजधकारी आर्श्यक समझे, आदेि द्वारा या तो आिेपों को अनयज्ञात या अननयज्ञात कर सकेगा। उक्त अजधजनयम की 5978 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] धारा 20घ की उपधारा (1) के अधीन पूर्ोक्त प्रयोिन के जलय े ऐसी भूजम के अिवन और उपयोग के संबंध म ें आिेप कर सकेगा। ऐसा प्रत्येक आिेप, सिम प्राजधकारी, अथावत भ ू -अिवन पदाजधकारी, हिारीबाग को जलजखत में दकया िायगे ा और उसमें उसके आधार पर र्र्णवत दकय िाएंग े तथा सिम प्राजधकारी, आिेपकताव को व्यजक्तगत रूप से या जर्जध व्यार्सायी के माध्यम से सयनर्ाई का अर्सर प्रदान करेगा और ऐसी सभी आिेपों की सयनर्ाई करने तथा ऐसी और िांच, यदद कोई हो, करने के पिात, िो सिम प्राजधकारी आर्श्यक समझे, आदेि द्वारा, आिेपों को या तो अनयज्ञात या अननयज्ञात कर सकेगा। अनसय चू ी "चपरी-चरही स्ट्टेिन के बीच नई रेलर्े लाइन L.No. DCE/Con/BRKA/LA/Charhi- Chapri] रामाश्रय पांडेय, मख्य य प्रिासजनक अजधकारी (जनमावण/दजिण)4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (East Central Railway) NOTIFICATION Mahendrughat, Patna, 2nd September, 2025 S.O. 4084(E).— Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (Act No. 24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), after being satisfied, declares that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is provided in the Schedule annexed hereto, is required for the purpose of construction of a new railway line (13.77 km) between Chapri and Charhi Stations in the State of Jharkhand, and the same shall be acquired. Any person interested in the said land may, within thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, raise objections under sub-section (1) of Section 20D of the said Act regarding the acquisition and use of such land for the above purpose. Every such objection shall be made in writing to the competent authority, Hazaribagh, State of Jharkhand, stating the grounds thereof, and the competent authority shall provide the objector an opportunity of being heard, either personally or through a legal practitioner. After hearing all such objections and making such further inquiry, if any, as the competent authority thinks necessary, it shall, by order, either allow or disallow the objections. Every such objection shall be addressed in writing to the competent authority, i.e., the Land Acquisition Officer, Hazaribagh, stating the grounds thereof, and the competent authority shall provide the objector an opportunity of being heard, either personally or through a legal practitioner. After hearing all such objections and making such further inquiry, if any, as the competent authority deems necessary, it shall, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.
