1. सजं क्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ:- (1) इन जनिमों का संजक्षप्त नाम सांजयिकी और काियक्रम कािायन्विन मंत्रालि, राष्ट्रीि सांजयिकी कािायलि, क्षेत्र संकाि य प्रभाग, समन्वि एवं गुणवत्ता जनिंत्रण प्रभाग, उद्यम सवेक्षण प्रभाग और घरेलू सवेक्षण प्रभाग, बहु- कािय कमयचारीव ंि, भती जनिम, 2026 ह ै।

(2) ि ेरािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रव त्त होंग े।

2. पि-सयं िा, वगीकरण, वते न मट्रै रक्स म ेंस्ट्तर:- उि पि की सयं िा, उसका वगीकरण और उसका वेतन मैट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर वह होगा, िो इन जनिमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तभं (4) में जवजनर्ियष्ट ह ै।

3. भती की पद्धजत, आि-ु सीमा, अहतय ाएं आदि:- उि पि पर भती की पद्धजत, आि-ु सीमा, अहतय ाएं और उससे संबंजधत अन्ि बातें वे होंगी िो उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) में जवजनर्ियष्ट ह ैं।

4. जनरहतय ा:- वह व्यजि- (क) जिसने ऐसे व्यजि स े जिसका पजत िा जिसकी पत्नी िीजवत हैं, जववाह दकिा ह,ै िा जववाह की संजविा की ह;ै िा (ख) जिसने अपने पजत िा अपनी पत्नी के िीजवत रहते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाह दकिा है िा जववाह की संजविा की ह,ै उि पि पर जनिुजि का पात्र नहीं होगा :

परन्त ु िदि केंद्रीि सरकार का िह समाधान हो िाता ह ै दक ऐसा जववाह ऐसे व्यजि और जववाह के अन्ि पक्षकार को लागू स्ट्वीि जवजध के अधीन अनज्ञु ेि ह ै और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्ि आधार ह ैं तो वह दकसी व्यजि को इस जनिम के प्रवतयन से छूट िे सकेगी ।

5. जिजथल करन े की िजि:- िहां केंद्रीि सरकार की िह राि ह ैं दक ऐसा करना आव‍िक िा समीचीन ह,ै वहां वह उसके जलए िो कारण ह ैं उन्ह ें लेखबद्ध करके, इन जनिमों के दकसी उपबंध को दकसी वगय िा प्रवगय के व्यजििों की बाबत, आिेि द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी ।

6. व्यावज त्त:- इन जनिमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आि-ु सीमा में छूट और अन्ि ट्ररिाितों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालगे ी, जिनका केंद्रीि सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समि-समि पर जनकाले गए आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतिों, अनुसूजचत िनिाजतिों, भूतपूवय सैजनकों और अन्ि जविषे प्रवग यके व्यजििों के जलए उपबंध करना अपेजक्षत ह ै। अनसु चू ी पि का नाम। पिों की संयिा। वगीकरण। वेतन मेट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर चिन पि अथवा अचिन पि।

(6) (7) (8) (9) 18 से 27 वषय के बीच अजनवाि:य दकसी मान्िता प्राप्त बोडय से लागू नहीं होता । िो वषय मैट्ररकुलेिन परीक्षा समतुल्ि िा उत्तीणय । (केंद्रीि सरकार द्वारा समि-समि पर िारी दकए गए अनुिेिों िा आिेिों के वाछं नीि: फ़ोटोकॉपी, डुप्लो, अनुसार सरकारी सेवकों के जलए, गेस्ट्टेटनर और फ़ेक्स मिीन, आदि के सामान्ि अभ्िर्थयिों की ििा में 40 वषय प्रचालन का ज्ञान जिसके अंतगयत तक और अनुसूजचत िाजत और कंप्िूटर चलाने का ज्ञान भी ह।ै उन अनुसूजचत िनिाजत के अभ्िर्थयिों की अभ्िर्थयिों को प्राथजमकता िी ििा में 45 वषय तक जिजथल की िा िाएगी, िो वाहन चला सकते हों सकती ह ै।) (िदि उनके पास जवजधमान्ि चालन अनुज्ञजप्त हो) । ट्रटप्पण : आि-ु सीमा अवधाट्ररत करने के जलए जनणायिक तारीख कमयचारी चिन आिोग द्वारा जवज्ञाजपत की िाएगी । भती की पद्धजत: भती सीधी होगी िा प्रोन्नजत द्वारा िा प्रजतजनिुजि/आमेलन प्रोन्नजत िा प्रजतजनिुजि/आमेलन द्वारा भती की द्वारा और जवजभन्न पद्धजतिों द्वारा भरी िाने वाली ट्ररजििों की प्रजतितता । ििा में, व े श्रेजणिां जिनसे प्रोन्नजत िा प्रजतजनिजु ि/आमेलन दकिा िाएगा ।

(10) (11) कमयचारी चिन आिोग के माध्िम से सीधी भती द्वारा । लागू नहीं होता । ट्रटप्पण 1: पिधारी के प्रजतजनिजु ि पर चले िाने िा लम्बी बीमारी िा अध्ििन छुट्टी िा दकसी अन्ि पट्ररजस्ट्थजत म ें एक वषय िा अजधक अवजध के जलए बाहर रहने के कारण हुई ट्ररजििां, केंद्रीि सरकार के ऐसे कमयचाट्ररिों में से प्रजतजनिुजि के आधार पर भरी िा सकेगी – (क) िो जनिजमत आधार पर सिि पि धारण कर रहे हों; और (ख) िो स्ट्तंभ (7) के अधीन सीधी भती द्वारा जनिुि दकए िाने वाल े व्यजििों के जलए जवजहत िैजक्षक अहतायएं और अनुभव रखते हों । ट्रटप्पण 2: प्रजतजनिजु ि की अवजध, जिसके अन्तगयत केंद्रीि सरकार के उसी िा दकसी अन्ि संगठन िा जवभाग में इस जनिुजि से ठीक पहले धाट्ररत दकसी अन्ि काडर बाह्य पि पर प्रजतजनिुजि की अवजध है, साधारणतिा तीन वषय से अजधक4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] नहीं होगी । प्रजतजनिुजि पर जनिुजि के जलए अजधकतम आिु-सीमा आवेिन प्राप्त करने की अंजतम तारीख को छप्पन वषय से अजधक नहीं होगी । िदि जवभागीि प्रोन्नजत सजमजत ह,ै तो उसकी संरचना । भती करने में दकन पट्ररजस्ट्थजतिों में संघ लोक सेवा आिोग से परामिय दकिा िाएगा ।

1. समहू ‘ग’ जवभागीि प्रोन्नजत सजमजत (पजु ष्ट के सबं ंध म ें जवचार करने के जलए) दिल्ली म ें लागू नहीं होता । (क्षत्रे सकं ाि य प्रभाग मयु िालि, क जष साजं यिकी अनभु ाग, फरीिाबाि, उद्यम सवक्षे ण इकाई, दिल्ली, क्षत्रे ीि कािालय ि, दिल्ली तथा समन्वि और गणु वत्ता जनित्रं ण प्रभाग) जिसम ें जनम्नजलजखत होंग:े-

2. समहू ‘ग’ जवभागीि पिोन्नजत सजमजत (पिोन्नजत पर जवचार करन ेके जलए) दिल्ली के अलावा अन्ि राज्िों िा केंद्र िाजसत प्रििे ों म,ें जिसम ेंजनम्नजलजखत सिस्ट्ि िाजमल ह:ैं-

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 15th September, 2026 G.S.R. 833(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in supersession of the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, National Sample Survey Office, Data Processing Division and Survey Design and Research Division, Multi-Tasking Staff, Group ‘C’ Post, Recruitment Rules, 2012, the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, Central Statistical Office (Industrial Statistics Wing), Kolkata, Multi-Tasking Staff, Group ‘C’ Posts Recruitment Rules, 2012 and the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, National Sample Survey Office, Field Operations Division, Multi-Tasking Staff, Recruitment Rules, 2023 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Multi-Tasking Staff, in the Field Operations Division, Coordination and Quality Control Division, Enterprise Survey Division and Household Survey Division, the National Statistics Office, the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.– (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, National Statistics Office, Field Operations Division, Coordination and Quality Control Division, Enterprise Survey Division and Household Survey Division, Multi-Tasking Staff, Recruitment Rules, 2026.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette

2. Number of post, classification and Level in Pay Matrix. – The number of post, its classification and level in Pay Matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the aforesaid Schedule.

3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc.– The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.– No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.– Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving.– Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be

provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
