वाहन,गैर-वाजणजज्यक प्रयोजनों के जलए पंजीकृत हुअ हो और वह िुल्क ्लाजा से बीस दकलोमीटर तक की दरू ी में ही रहता/रहती हो,ईसके जलए वषग 2022-23 के जलए माजसक पास की दर 315.00/-रूपए (तीन सौ पंरह रूपए मात्र)होगी और ईि जनयमों के ईपबंधों के ऄनुसार ईसमें प्रयेयेक वषग संिोधन दकया जायेगा। 5. राजमागग खण्ड पर बहुयात्रां हते ु पास जनम्नजलजखत दरों पर जारी दकए जाएंगे, ऄथागत्ः सारणी-0 सदं ये राजि ऄनमु येय एकतरफा यात्रां की वैधता ऄवजध ऄजधकतम संख्या एकतरफा यात्रा के जलए िुल्क का डेढ़ गुना दो भुगतान के समय से चौबीस घंटे पचास एकल यात्रां के जलए भुगतान योग्य िुल्क की पचास भुगतान की तारीख से एक माह राजि का दो-जतहाइ 6. जजस जजले में िुल्क ्लाजा जस्ट्थत है, ईसमें पंजीकृत वाजणजज्यक वाहन (राष्ट्रीय परजमट के ऄधीन चल रह ेवाहनों को छोड़कर) के जलए िुल्क ईस श्रेणी के जलए वाहन के जलए जनधागररत िुल्क का 50% होगा बिते दक ऐसे वाजणजज्यक वाहनों के ईपयोग के जलए कोइ सर्तवस सड़क ऄथवा वैकजल्पक सड़क ईपलध ध न हो। 7. जो यांजत्रक वाहन ऄपनी श्रेणी के जलए जनधागररत ऄनुज्ञेय भार की ऄपेक्षा ऄजधक भार से लदा हुअ होगा ईसके चालक ऄथवा माजलक ऄथवा प्रभारी व्यजि को ऐसे ऄजधक भार से लद ेहुए वाहन को राष्ट्रीय राजमागग में प्रवेि कराने के जलए िुल्क संग्रहण एजेंसी को राष्ट्रीय राजमागग िुल् क जनयमावली के जनयम 15 के ईप जनयम 1ए में ईजल्लजखत िुल्क के बराबर िुल्क का भुगतान करना होगा और ईसे राजमागग खण्ड का ईपयोग करने की तब तक ऄनुमजत नहीं होगी जब तक ऐसे यांजत्रक वाहन से ऄजधक भार को हटा न ददया जाए। 8. यांजत्रक वाहनों की श्रेणी, ईनके जलए ऄनुज्ञेय भार, छूट-प्राप्त वाहनों की श्रेणी, सर्तवस सड़क, वैकजल्पक सड़क अदद सजहत सभी पररभाषाएं जनयमों में जवजनर्ददष्ट पररभाषां के ऄनुसार होंगी। 9. ईि जनयमों के जनयम 12 के ऄनुसार ईपयोगकतागं की जानकारी के जलए िुल्क की दरें प्रदर्तित की जाएंगी। 10. उपर सारणी-1 में यथा-ईजल्लजखत अधार वषग 2007-08 के जलए प्रजत दकलोमीटर िुल्क की अधार दर के अधार पर, यांजत्रक वाहनों से जलए जानेवाले वास्ट्तजवक िुल्क और कटौजतयों की गणना भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमागग प्राजधकरण द्वारा खंड की पूणग हुइ लम्बाइ के अधार पर की जाएगी और ईसमें ईि जनयमों के जनयम 5 के ऄनुसार वार्तषक तौर पर संिोधन दकया जाएगा तथा आसे तदनुसार ऄंग्रेजी और स्ट्थानीय भाषा के कम-से-कम एक-एक समाचार पत्र में प्रकाजित दकया जाएगा। 11. आस पररयोजना की ऄनमु ाजनत पूंजीगत लागत 4338.87 करोड़ रुपए ह।ै [पूंजी लागत में पररवतगन हो सकता ह ैक् योंदक भूजम ऄजगन, जन-ईपयोजगता सेवां का स्ट् थान बदलने, पेड़ों की कटाइ अदद जैसे दक्रयाकलाप ऄभी पूरे दकए जाने िेष ह ैंतथा ऄंजतम पूंजीगत लागत को ऄलग से ऄजधसूजचत दकया जाएगा]। प्राजधकरण द्वारा प्रयोगकतागं से वसूल दकए गए िुल्क के जररए पूंजीगत लागत की वसूली का ररकाडग रखा जाएगा और पूंजीगत लागत की वसूली हो जाने के पश् चात, लगाए जाने वाले िुल्क की दरों को घटाकर 40% कर ददया जाएगा और ईि जनयमों के ऄनुसार आस में वार्तषक 298(E).—Whereas by notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O . 1969 (E) dated 17th May, 2018, issued under Section 11 of the National Highways Authority of India Act, 1988 (68 of 1988), the Central Government has entrusted the stretch from Sangareddy to Telangana/Maharashtra Border Section (for a length of 140 kilometers) of National Highway number 161 in the State of Telangana to National Highways Authority of India (hereinafter referred to as “Authority”);[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का राजपत्र : ऄसाधारण 5 It is to inform that, the earlier published Gazette notifications S.O. 143(E) dated 11.01.2022 pertaining to Dharmaram Fee Plaza at Km 96.035 and S.O. 144(E) dated 11.01.2022 pertaining to Temporary Fee Plaza at Kollapalle village at Km 57.850 are suppressed. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), read with rule 3 of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008 (hereinafter referred to as the “rules”), the Central Government hereby levies the fee on mechanical vehicles at the rate specified in column (2) of the Table 1 for net road section length of 98.118 km for the use of four and more alone section and for equivalent structure length (having length more than 60 m) of 17.590 km. The rate of monthly pass for a person who owns a mechanical vehicle registered for non-commercial purposes and resides within a distance of twenty kilometres from the fee plaza is Rs. 315.00 (Rupees Two[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का राजपत्र : ऄसाधारण 7 Hundred Eighty-Five only) for the year 2022-23 and is subject to revision every year as per the provisions of the said rules. 5. For multiple journeys on the highway section, passes shall be issued at the following rates, namely: TABLE-5 Amount Payable Maximum number of one way Period of validity journeys allowed One and half times of the fee for Two Twenty-four hours from the time of one way journey payment Two-third of amount of the fee Fifty One month From date of payment payable for fifty single journeys 6. Fee for commercial vehicle (excluding vehicles plying under National permit) registered in the district where the fee plaza falls shall be 50% of the specified rate for that category of vehicle, provided no service road or alternative road is available for use of such commercial vehicles. 7. The driver or owner or a person in charge of a mechanical vehicle which is loaded in excess of permissible load specified for its category, shall be liable to pay fee for entering the overloaded vehicle on the National Highway to the fee collecting agency, equal to the fee specified in Sub-rule 1A of rule 10 of the said rules, and shall not be entitled to make use of the highway section unless the excess load has been removed from such mechanical vehicle. 8. All definitions including category of mechanical vehicles, its permissible load, category of exempted vehicles, service road, alternative road, etc. shall be as per definitions specified in the said rules. 9. The fee rates shall be displayed for information of the users in accordance with rule 12 of the said Rules. 10. Based on the base rate of fee per kilometre for the base year 2007-08 as mentioned in Table-1 above, the actual amount of fee to be charged from the mechanical vehicles and the discounts will be calculated by the Authority on the basis of completed length of the section and revised annually in accordance with the Rule 5 of the said rules and the same shall be published in at least one newspaper, in English and vernacular language. 11. The estimated capital cost of the project is Rupees 4338.87 Crore.
