(जिसम ें 229.9789 दक.मी. 4 लने सड़क, 83.8306 दकमी 4 लेन बाईपास और 2.2745 दकमी 4 लेन की सरचनाए ं िाजमल ह ै (जिनकी लम्बाई 60 मीटर से अजधक ह)ै और जिसकी समकक्ष लम्बाई 22.745 दक.मी.(जनमागण अवजध के िौरान) ह,ै और सड़क की कुल समकक्ष लम्बाई 316.084 दकमी के जलए [जिसमें 229.9009 दकमी 4-लेन सड़क, 0.078 दकमी 2-लेन सड़क, 83.4386 दकमी 4-लेन बाईपास और 0.392 दकमी 2 लेन बाईपास, 2.2745 दकमी 4-लेन संरचनाएं (जिनकी लंबाई 60 मीटर से अजधक ह)ै िाजमल ह,ैं और जिसकी समकक्ष लम्बाई 22.745 दकमी और 2-लेन संरचना की लम्बाई 0.470 दकमी (60 मीटर से अजधक लंबाई वाली) और समकक्ष लंबाई 4.70 दकमी] (प्रमुख पुल के जनमागण के बाि) हते ु सारणी 1 के स्ट्तम्भ (2) में जवजनर्िष्टग िर पर नीचे सारणी 1 के स्ट्तम्भ (1) में जवजनर्िष्टग प्रकार के वाहनों पर िुल्क उद्ग्रहीत दकया िाएगा और उक्त ररयायतग्राही को कायागरंभ करने की तारीख को तथा उस तारीख से अथवा इस अजधसूचना के रािपत्र म ें प्रकािन पर, िो भी बाि म ें हो, करार म ें जवजनर्िष्टग समापन की तारीख तक िुल्क संग्रहीत तथा प्रजतधाररत करने हते ु प्राजधकृत करती ह।ै यह िुल् क अजधसूचना टीओटी पररयोिना पर कायागरंभ करने की तारीख से प्रभावी होगी। सारणी-1 वाहन का प्रकार आधार वर्ग 2007-08 के जलए चार या अजधक लेन के राष्ट्रीय रािमाग गखंड के जलए प्रजत दकमी* िुल्क की आधार िर (रुपए में) (1) (2) कार, िीप, वैन अथवा हल् के मोटर वाहन 0.65 हल् के वाजणजज्यक वाहन, हल् के मालवाहक वाहन अथवा जमनी बस 1.05 बस अथवा रक (िो धुरी वाल)े 2.20[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 तीन धरु ी वाल ेवाजणजज्यक वाहन 2.40 भारी जनमागण मिीनरी (एच.सी.एम.) अथवा अथ गमूलवंग उपस्ट्कर 3.45 (ई.एम.ई) अथवा बहुधुरीय वाहन (एम.ए.वी.) The rate of monthly pass for a person who owns a mechanical vehicle registered for non-commercial purposes and resides within a distance of twenty kilometers from the fee plaza is Rs. 330.00 (Rupees Three Hundred Thirty only) for the year 2023-24 which is subject to revision every year as per the provisions of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 11 5. For multiple journeys on the highway section, passes shall be issued at the following rates, namely; Amount Payable Maximum number of one way Period of validity journeys allowed One and half times of the fee for one way Two Twenty four hours from the time of journey payment Two-third of amount of the fee payable for Fifty One month from date of payment fifty single journeys 6. Fee for commercial vehicle (excluding vehicles plying under national permit) registered in the district where the fee plaza falls shall be 50% of the prescribed rate for that category of vehicle provided no service road or alternative road is available for use of such commercial vehicles. 7. A mechanical vehicle which is loaded in excess of permissible load specified for its category under the rules, shall not be permitted to use the National Highway for crossing the plaza until the excess load has been removed from such mechanical vehicle. The driver or owner or a person in-charge of a mechanical vehicle which is loaded in excess of permissible load specified for its category, shall be liable to pay fee for entering the overloaded vehicle on the National Highway to the fee collecting agency as per the applicable provision in the said rules. 8. The Fee rates shall be displayed for information of the users in accordance with rules 12 of the said Rules. 9. Based on the base rate of fee per kilometer for the base year 2007-08 as mentioned in Table-1 above, the actual amount of fee to be charged from the mechanical vehicles and the discounts will be calculated by the Authority. The same shall be got published by the authority in at least one newspaper in English and vernacular language through the concessionaire and thereafter revised annually in accordance with the rule 5 of the said rule and provisions of the concession agreement and will be published; provided, however, that such revision shall not be effected until a period of 6 (six) months from the date of preceding revision of fee.
