(मौजूिा चै. किमी ताकलिा-1 में कनि् रारा-26 िे किमी 491+420) उल्‍ लल्ित आिार िरो ं किमी 515+100 पर 486+831) िा 90% 3. उपयुगक् त िे अकतररक् त, कनम्न कलल्ित ्ोल प् लाजा (प् लाजाओ)ं पर 60 मी्र से अकिि लंबाई वाली कनम्न कलल्ित अवसंरचनाओ ं िे उपयोर् िे कलए 10 िे समतु‍ य र्ुणि द्वारा ऐसी अवसंरचनाओ ंिी लंबाई िो र्ुणा िरिे राजमार्ग िी समतु‍ य लंबाई में अवसंरचनाओं िी लंबाई िो पररवकतगत िरिे कनम्न कलल्ित फीस भी िेय और संिेय होर्ी:-[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 तालिका-4 पथकर प्‍िाजा की अवस्‍‍थलत (चैनेज) समतुल्‍य सड़क िंबाई में समतुल्‍य सड़क िंबाई दर, लजस पर फीस संदेय है पररवलतषत लकए जाने के लिए (लकमी में) अवसंरचनाओ ं की िंबाई^ (लकिोमीटर में) आंध्र प्रिेश राज् य िे कवजयानर्रम कजले में 0.479 4.79 पेव् ि शो‍ िर सकहत िो लेन िे मनापुरम र्ांव िे कनि् रारा-26 िे कलए ऊपर ताकलिा-1 में किमी 515+100 पर उल्‍ लल्ित आिार िरो ंिा 60% ^ब्य ौरे कनम्न ानुसार हैं: चैनेज किमी से किमी ति संरचना िा प्रिार लंबाई (किमी में) 1 चै. 489.335 चै. 489.467 बड़ा पुल 0.132 2 चै. 515.060 चै. 515.282 आरओबी 0.222 3 चै. 525.750 चै. 525.875 बड़ा पुल 0.125 जोड़ 0.479 4. र्ैर-वाकणल्ज् यि प्रयोजनो ंिे कलए पंजीिृ त यांकत्रि वाहन िे स् वामी और पथिर प् लाजा से बीस किमी िी िूरी िे भीतर कनवास िरने वाले व् यल्क् त िे कलए माकसि पास िी िर वर्ग 2024-25 िे कलए 340.00 रु. (तीन सौ चालीस रुपए मात्र) है और उक् त कनयमो ं िे प्राविानो ंिे अनुसार प्रकतवर्ग संशोिन िे अध्य िीन है। 5. राजमार्ग िंि पर बहुल यात्राओ ंिे कलए कनम्न कलल्ित िरो ंपर पास जारी किए जाएंर्े, अथागत् तालिका-5 भुगतान-योग्‍य धनरालश अनुमत एकतरफा यात्राओ ंकी अलधकतम वैधता की अवलध संख्‍या एितरफा यात्रा िे कलए फीस िा िेढ़ र्ुना िो भुर्तान िे समय से चौबीस घं्े पचास एिल यात्राओ ंिे कलए भुर्तान-योग् य पचास भुर्तान िी तारीि से एि महीना फीस िी राकश िा िो-कतहाई 6. फीस प् लाजा ल्स् थत होने वाले कजले में पंजीिृ त वाकणल्ज् यि वाहनो ं (राष्‍ ्रीय परकम् िे अिीन प्रचाकलत किए जा रहे वाहनो ं िो छोड़िर) िे कलए फीस उस श्रेणी िे वाहन हेतु कनिागररत िर िी 50% होर्ी, बशते कि ऐसे वाकणल्ज् यि वाहनो ंिे प्रयोर् िे कलए िोई सकवगस रोि या वैिल्‍ पि सड़ि उपलब्ि न हो।ं 7. संबंकित श्रेणी िे वाहनो ंिे कलए कवकनकिगष्‍ ् अनुज्ञेय भार से अकिि भार लिे यांकत्रि वाहन िा चालि या स् वामी या प्रभारी व् यल्क् त, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर अकतभार लिे वाहन िे प्रवेश िे कलए ्ोल संग्रहण एजेंसी िो ऐसी श्रेणी िे वाहनो ंिे प्रवेश कलए, िकथत कनयमो ंिे कनयम 10 िे उप-कनयम 1ए िे अनुसार अनुप्रयोज् य फीस िे समतु‍ य फीस िा भुर्तान िरने िे कलए उत् तरिायी होर्ा और वह राजमार्ग िंि िा प्रयोर् िरने िे कलए तब ति हििार नही ंहोर्ा जब ति ऐसे यांकत्रि वाहन से लिा अकतभार ह्ाया नही ंजाता। 8. सभी पररभार्ाएं, यांकत्रि वाहनो ंिी श्रेणी, इनिे अनुज्ञेय भार, छू् प्राप् त वाहनो ंिी श्रेणी, सकवगस रोि, वैिल्‍ पि सड़ि इत् याकि पूवोक् त कनयमो ंमें कवकनकिगष्‍ ् पररभार्ाओ ंिे अनुरूप होर्ं ी। 9. फीस िी िरें उक्त कनयमो ंिे कनयम 12 िे अनुसरण में प्रयोक् ताओ ंिे सूचनाथग प्रिकशगत िरनी होर्ं ी। 10. यांकत्रि वाहनो ंसे फीस िी वास् तकवि राकश उपयुगक् त ताकलिा-1 में यथा-उल्‍ लल्ित आिार वर्ग 2007-08 िे कलए प्रकत किमी फीस िी आिार िर िे आिार पर प्रभाररत होर्ी और छू्ो ंिी र्णना भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राकििरण द्वारा िंि िी पूरी हो र्ई लंबाई िे आिार पर िी जाएर्ी और उसे उक् त कनयमो ंिे कनयम 5 िे अनुसार प्रकत वर्ग संशोकित किया जाएर्ा तथा तिनुसार उसे अंग्रेजी और क्षेत्रीय भार्ा िे िम से िम एि-एि समाचार पत्र में प्रिाकशत किया जाएर्ा।4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] 11. इस पररयोजना िी प्राक्ि कलत पूंजीर्त लार्त 350.52 िरोड़ रु. है। भूकम अकिग्रहण, सावगजकनि जन सुकविाओ ं िे स् थानांतरण, पेड़ो ंिो िा्ने, आकि िायगिलापो ंिो अभी पूरा किया जाना है इसकलए, पूंजीर्त लार्त पररवतगन िे अध्य िीन है। प्राप् त प्रयोक् ता फीस िे माध् यम से वसूल िी र्ई पूंजीर्त लार्त िा भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राकििरण द्वारा ररिािग रिा जाएर्ा। [फा. सं. आरिब्‍ यू/एनएच-12014/49/2016-एपी/जोन-।।।/ई-171218] सुमन प्रसाि कसंह, संयुक् त सकचव MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 12th September, 2024 S.O. 3925(E).— Whereas by notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 1096(E) dated 4th August 2005 issued under section 05 of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government has entrusted the National Highway No.26 (Old NH-43) in the State of Andhra Pradesh to the State Government of Andhra Pradesh. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), read with rule 3 of the National Highway Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rule, 2008 (herein referred to as the “rules”), the Central Government hereby levies the fee on mechanical vehicles at the rate specified in column (2) of the Table-1 for net road section length of 0.950 Km for use of four or more lane section and at sixty percent of the base rate for net road section length of 44.716 Km for use of two lane with paved shoulder section and for equivalent structure length (having length more than 60m) of 4.79 Km (having a length of 0.479 Km) [at sixty per cent of the base rate for use of two lane with paved shoulder section] and at 90% of the base rate for two lane with paved shoulder bypass having length of 5.92 Km costing Rupees 76.70 Crore on the type of vehicles specified in column (1) of the Table 1 below of NH-26 section from Design Chainage Km 486+300 to 538+365 (existing Km 486+831 to Km 537+600) of National Highway number 26 in the State of Andhra Pradesh and authorises the National Highways Authority of India to collect, either through its officials or through a contractor, the said fee, namely:- Table-1 Base rate of fee per km for Type of vehicle the base year 2007-08 (in Rupees) (1) (2) Car, Jeep, Van or Light Motor Vehicle 0.65 Light Commercial Vehicle, Light Goods Vehicle or Mini Bus 1.05 Bus or Truck (Two Axles) 2.20 Three-axle commercial vehicles 2.40 Heavy Construction Machinery (HCM) or Earth Moving Equipment (EME) or Multi Axle Vehicle (MAV) (four to six 3.45 axles) Oversized Vehicles (seven or more axles) 4.20[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5 1. The rate of monthly pass for a person who owns a mechanical vehicle registered for non-commercial purposes and resides within a distance to twenty kilometers from the fee plaza is Rs. 340.00 (Rupees Three Hundred Forty Only) for the year 2024-25 and is subject to revision every year as per the provision of the said rules. 5. For multiple journeys on the highway section, passes shall be issued at the following rates, namely: - Table-5 Maximum number of Amount Payable one-way journeys Period of validity allowed One and one-half times of the fee Twenty-Four hours from the Two for one-way journey time of payment. Two-third of amount of the fee One month from date of Fifty payable for fifty single journeys payment 6. Fee for commercial vehicle (excluding vehicles plying under national permit) registered in the district where the fee plaza falls shall be 50% of the prescribed rate for that category of vehicle provided no service road or alternative road is available for use of such commercial vehicles. 7. The driver or owner or a person in charge of a mechanical vehicle which is loaded in excess of permissible load specified for its category, shall be liable to pay fee for entering the overloaded vehicle on the National Highway to the fee collecting agency, equal to the fee specified in sub-rule 1A of rule 10 of the said rules, and shall not be entitled to make use of the highway section unless the excess load has been removed from such mechanical vehicle. 8. All definitions including category of mechanical vehicles, its permissible load, category of exempted vehicles, service road, alternative road etc. shall be as per definitions specified in the said rules. 9. The fee rates shall be displayed for information of the users in accordance with rules 12 of the said Rules. 10. Based on the Base rate of fee per km for the base year 2007-08 as mentioned in Table- 1 above, the actual amount of fee to be charged from the mechanical vehicles and the discounts will be calculated by the National Highways Authority of India on the basis of the completed length of the section and revised annually in accordance with the rule 5 of the said rules and the same shall be published in at least one newspaper in English and vernacular language. 11. The estimated capital cost of the project is Rs.350.52 Crore.
