अक्टूबर, 2020 के माध् यम से भारतीय रा्ीय राजमागग प्राजधकरण को अपन े अजधकाररयों के माध्यम से या दकसी िेकेदार

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th July, 2022
S.O. 3223(E).—Whereas by notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and
Highways number S.O. 4006(E) dated 06th November 2019, issued under section 5 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government has entrusted the stretch from km 101+740 to km 159+258 (Majalgaon–
Kaij Section) of National Highway Number 548 C in the State of Maharashtra to the State Government of
Maharastra ;
And Whereas in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of
1956), read with Rule 3 of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008 and
amended from time to time (hereinafter referred to as the ―said Rules‖), the Central Government vide notification S.O.
3891 (E), dated 29th October, 2020 authorized the National Highways Authority of India to collect, either through its
officials or through a contractor, the fee for the use of two Lane with paved shoulders from Majalgaon to Kaij section
from Km 101+740 to Km 159+258 (Section -3) of Mantha Taluk border-Waturphata-Ashti-Majalgaon-Dharur-Kaij-
Kalamb-Yermala-Kusalamb-Barshi of National Highway- 548C in the State of Maharashtra.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 7 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of
1956), the Central Government hereby makes following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in
the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways bearing number S.O. 3891 (E), dated 29th October, 2020 published in
the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), namely:-
(i) For the following words and figures in Para 2 of the notes above Table-1 of the aforesaid notification, the
following words and figures shall be substituted:
In place of existing Shall be substituted as
net road section length of 57.452 km and for total net road section length of 49.04 km and equivalent length
equivalent length of structure (having more than 60 m of structure (having more than 60 m length) of 0.66 km

(ii) In the aforesaid notification, Point 1 after Table 1 shall be substituted as under:-
