(तीन सौ चालीस रुपए मात्र) ह ैऔर उ‍त् धनयमों िे प्राविानों िे अनुसार प्रधतवर्ग संशोिन िे अध््यिीन ह।ै 4. राजमार् ग िंड पर बहुल यात्राओं िे धलए धनम्न् धलधित िरों पर पास जारी किए जाएर्ं े, अथागत ् ताधलिा-4 भर्ु तान-योग्य् िनराधश अनमु त एितरफा यात्राओं िी अधिितम विै ता िी अवधि सख्ं य् ा एितरफा यात्रा िे धलए फीस िा िो भुर्तान िे समय स े चौबीस घंटे डेढ़ र्ुना पचास एिल यात्राओं िे धलए पचास भुर्तान िी तारीि स े एि महीना भुर्तान-योग््य फीस िी राधश िा िो-धतहाई 5. फीस प्ल् ाजा धस््थत होने वाले धजल े म ें पंजीिृत वाधणधज्य् ि वाहनों (राष्‍टर्ीय परधमट िे अिीन प्रचाधलत किए जा रह े वाहनों िो छोड़िर) िे धलए फीस उस श्रेणी िे वाहन हते ु धनिागररत िर िी 50% होर्ी, बशते कि ऐसे वाधणधज्य् ि वाहनों िे प्रयोर् िे धलए िोई सर्वगस रोड या वैिध‍्पि सड़ि उपलब्ि् न हों। 6. संबंधित श्रणे ी िे वाहनों िे धलए धवधनर्िगष्‍ट्ट अनुज्ञेय भार स े अधिि भार लि े यांधत्रि वाहन िा चालि या स््वामी या प्रभारी व््यध‍त् , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर अधतभार लि े वाहन िे प्रवेश िे धलए टोल सग्रं हण एजेंसी िो ऐसी श्रेणी िे वाहनों िे प्रवेश धलए, उ‍त् धनयमों िे धनयम 10 िे उप-धनयम 1ए में धवधनर्िगष्‍ट्ट फीस िे समतु‍्य फीस िा भुर्तान िरन े िे धलए उत््तरिायी होर्ा और वह राजमार्ग िंड िा प्रयोर् िरन े िे धलए तब ति हििार नहीं होर्ा जब ति ऐसे यांधत्रि वाहन स े लिा अधतभार हटाया नहीं जाता। 7. सभी पररभार्ाए,ं यांधत्रि वाहनों िी श्रणे ी, इनिे अनज्ञु ेय भार, छूट प्राप््त वाहनों िी श्रेणी, सर्वगस रोड, वैिध‍प् ि सड़ि इत््याकि पूवो‍त् धनयमों म ें धवधनर्िगष्‍ट्ट पररभार्ाओं िे अनुरूप होंर्ी। 8. फीस िी िरें उक्त धनयमों िे धनयम 12 िे अनुसरण म ेंप्रयो‍त् ाओं िे सूचनाथग प्रिर्शगत िरनी होंर्ी। 9. यांधत्रि वाहनों स े फीस िी वास््तधवि राधश उपयुग‍त् ताधलिा-1 म ें यथा-उध‍्लधित आिार वर्ग 2007-08 िे धलए प्रधत किमी फीस िी आिार िर िे आिार पर प्रभाररत होर्ी और छूटों िी र्णना भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधििरण द्वारा िंड िी पूरी हो र्ई लंबाई िे आिार पर िी जाएर्ी और उसे उ‍त् धनयमों िे धनयम 5 िे अनुसार प्रधत वर्ग संशोधित किया जाएर्ा तथा तिनुसार उसे अंग्रेजी और क्षेत्रीय भार्ा िे िम स े िम एि-एि समाचार पत्र म ें प्रिाधशत किया जाएर्ा। 10. इस पररयोजना िी प्रा‍ि् धलत पूंजीर्त लार्त 329.66 िरोड़ रु. ह।ै भूधम अधिग्रहण, सावगजधनि जन सुधविाओं िे स््थानांतरण, पड़े ों िो िाटने, आकि िायगिलापों िो अभी परू ा किया जाना ह ै इसधलए, पूंजीर्त लार्त पररवतगन िे अध््यिीन ह।ै प्राप््त प्रयो‍त् ा फीस िे माध््यम स े वसूल िी र्ई पजूं ीर्त लार्त िा भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार् ग प्राधििरण द्वारा ररिाडग रिा जाएर्ा। [फा. सं. आरडब्‍््यू/एनएच-12014/66/2020/एपी/जोन-3(पाटग)/ई-231410] सुमन प्रसाि वसंह, संयु‍त् सजचव MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 27th June, 2024 S.O. 2489(E).—Whereas by notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 2530 (E) dated 17th September, 2015 issued under section 05 of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government has entrusted the stretch from Telangana Border to Yerpedu of National Highway No.565 in the State of Andhra Pradesh to the State Government of Andhra Pradesh,4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), read with rule 3 of the National Highway Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rule, 2008 (herein referred to as the “rules”), the Central Government hereby levies the fee at the rate specified in column (2) of the Table-1 for net road section length of 4.175 Km for use of four or more lane section and at sixty percent of the base rate for net road section length of 42.4106 Km and for equivalent structure length (having length more than 60m) of 2.774 Km (having a length of 0.2774 Km) for use of two lane with paved shoulder section on the type of vehicles specified in column (1) of the Table 1 below of Nagarjuna Sagar Dam to Davulapally section from Design Chainage Km 86.057 to 132.920 (existing Km 86.057 to Km 133.922) of National Highway number 565 in the State of Andhra Pradesh and authorises the National Highways Authority of India to collect, either through its officials or through a contractor, the said fee, namely:- Table 1 Base rate of fee per km for the base year Type of vehicle 2007-08 (in Rupees) (1) (2) Car, Jeep, Van or Light Motor Vehicle 0.65 Light Commercial Vehicle, Light Goods Vehicle or Mini Bus 1.05 Bus or Truck (Two Axles) 2.20 Three-axle commercial vehicles 2.40 Heavy Construction Machinery (HCM) or Earth Moving Equipment 3.45 (EME) or Multi Axle Vehicle (MAV) (four to six axles) Oversized Vehicles (seven or more axles) 4.20 1. The rate of monthly pass for a person who owns a mechanical vehicle registered for non-commercial purposes and resides within a distance of twenty kilometres from the fee plaza is Rs.340.00 (Rupees Three Hundred Forty Only) for the year 2024-25 and is subject to revision every year as per the provisions of the said rules. 4. For multiple journeys on the highway section, passes shall be issued at the following rates, namely: - Table 4 Maximum number of one way Amount Payable Period of validity journeys allowed One and half times of the fee for one way Twenty four hours from the time Two journey of payment Two-third of amount of the fee payable for One month from date of Fifty fifty single journeys. payment 5. Fee for commercial vehicle (excluding vehicles plying under National permit) registered in the district where the fee plaza falls shall be 50% of the specified rate for that category of vehicle provided no service road or alternative road is available for use of such commercial vehicles. 6. The driver or owner or a person in charge of a mechanical vehicle which is loaded in excess of permissible load specified for its category, shall be liable to pay fee for entering the overloaded vehicle on the National Highway to the fee collecting agency, equal to the fee specified in sub-rule 1A of rule 10 of the said rules, and shall not be entitled to make use of the highway section unless the excess load has been removed from such mechanical vehicle. 7. All definitions including category of mechanical vehicles, its permissible load, category of exempted vehicles, service road, alternative road, etc. shall be as per definitions specified in the said rules. 8. The fee rates shall be displayed for information of the users in accordance with rule 12 of the said rules. 9. Based on the base rate of fee per kilometer for the base year 2007-08 as mentioned in Table-1 above, the actual amount of fee to be charged from the mechanical vehicles and the discounts will be calculated by the National Highways Authority of India on the basis of the completed length of the section and revised annually in accordance with the rule 5 of the said rules and the same shall be published in at least one newspaper in English and vernacular language. 10. The estimated capital cost of the project is Rs.329.66 Crore. The capital cost is subject to variation as the activities of land acquisition, utility shifting, tree cutting, etc., are yet to be completed. The National Highways Authority of India shall maintain a record of the recovery of capital cost through user fee realised. [F.
