(प्रतापगढ़ जिले म ें 3.000 बाईपास 50.300 53.300 अजख्तयारी कोरटला गांव के पास) पर कुल 23.289 दकमी * चेनेि दकमी 19.895 पर एमिेबी जिसकी लंबाई 0.090 दकमी ह,ै तथा दकमी 34.020 पर आरओबी, जिसकी लंबाई 0.096 दकमी ह,ै को बाईपास लंबाई स े बाहर रखा गया ह ैतथा संरचना की लंबाई म ें िाजमल दकया गया ह।ै 3. उपयुचि के अजतररि, जनम्नजलजखत िल्ु क प्लािा पर (प्लािाओं) 60 मीटर स े अजधक लंबाई वाली जनम्नजलजखत अवसंरचनाओं के उपयोग के जलए 10 के समतल्ु य गणु क द्वारा ऐसी अवसंरचनाओं की लम्बाई को गुणा करके रािमागच की समतुल्य लम्बाई म ेंअवसंरचनाओं की लम्बाई को पररवर्ततच करके जनम्नजलजखत िल्ु क भी िये और संिेय होगी :- सारणी - 4 िुल्क प्लाजा का अवस्ट्थान संरचनाओं की लंबाई समतुल्य सड़क वह िर जिस पर िुल्क िेय ह ै (चेनेि) (दकमी म)ें को समतल्ु य की लंबाई सड़क लंबाई में पररवर्ततच (दक.मी. म)ें दकया िाएगा जडजाइन चेनेि दक.मी. 24.315 उपयुचि सारणी – 1 उजल्लजखत (रायबरेली जिल ेके इटौरा बुिुगच 0.266 2.660 आधार िरों का 100% गांव के पास) पर। ^ संरचनाओं का जववरण (> 60 मीटर लंबाई) जनम्नानुसार ह:ै दक.मी. 24.315 ( रायबरेली जिल ेके इटौरा बिु गु चगावं के पास) पर। चेनेि क्र. सं. संरचना का प्रकार लंबाई (दकमी म)ें दकमी से दकमी तक (i) 1.450 1.530 साई पुल 0.080 (ii) 19.895 19.985 बड़ा पुल 0.090 (iii) 34.184 34.280 4 लने आरओबी संरचना 0.096 कुल 0.266 4. गैर वाजणजज्यक प्रयोिनों के जलए पंिीकृत यांजत्रक वाहन के स्ट्वामी और पथकर प्लािा से बीस दकलोमीटर तक की िरू ी के भीतर जनवास करने वाले व्यजि के जलए माजसक पास की िर वर्च 2024-25 के जलए 340/-रूपए (मात्र तीन सौ चालीस रूपए) और उि जनयमों के प्रावधानों के अनुसार प्रजतवर्च संिोधन के जलए अध्यधीन ह।ै 5. रािमागच खंड पर एक से अजधक यात्राओं के जलए जनम्नजलजखत िरों पर पास िारी दकए िाएंग,े अथाचत्: सारणी – 5 सिं ेय धनराजि अनज्ञु ात एकतरफा यात्राओं वद्यै मान्द्यता अवजध की अजधकतम सख्ं या एकतरफा यात्रा के जलए िल्ु क का डेढ़ गुना िो भुगतान के समय से चौबीस घंटे पचास एकल यात्राओं के जलए भुगतान िुल्क की राजि का पचास भुगतान की तारीख से एक मास िो – जतहाई4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] 6. जिस जिले में िुल्क प्लाजा जस्ट्थत ह ैउसमें पंिीकृत वाजणजज्यक वाहन (राष्ट्रीय परजमट के अधीन प्रचाजलत दकए िा रह े वाहनों को छोड़कर) के जलए िुल्क उस श्रणे ी के वाहन हते ु जनधाचररत िर की 50% होगी, बिते दक ऐस े वाजणजज्यक वाहनों के प्रयोग के जलए कोई सर्वचस रोड या वैकजल्पक सड़क उपलब्ध न हों। 7. संबंजधत श्रणे ी के वाहनों के जलए जवजनर्िचष्ट अनुज्ञेय भार स े अजधक भार लि े यांजत्रक वाहन का चालक या स्ट्वामी या प्रभारी व्यजि, राष्ट्रीय रािमागच पर अजतभार लिे वाहन के प्रवेि के जलए टोल सग्रं हण एिसें ी को ऐसी श्रेणी के वाहनों के प्रवेि के जलए, कजथत जनयमों के जनयम 10 के उप – जनयम 1 ए के अनुसार अनुप्रयोज्य िल्ु क के समतुल्य िुल्क का भुगतान करने के जलए उत्तरिायी होगा और वह रािमाग च खंड का प्रयोग करन े के जलए तब तक हकिार नहीं होगा िब तक ऐस े यांजत्रक वाहन से लिा अजतभार हटाया नहीं िाता। 8. सभी पररभार्ाएं, यांजत्रक वाहनों की श्रेणी, इनके अनज्ञु ेय भार, छूट - प्राप्त वाहनों की श्रणे ी, सर्वचस रोड, वैकजल्पक सड़क इत्यादि उि जनयमों म ेंजवजनर्िचष्ट पररभार्ाओं के अनरूु प होंगी। 9. उि जनयमों के जनयम 12 के अनुसार, उपयोगकताचओं की िानकारी के जलए िल्ु क की िरों को प्रिर्िचत दकया िाएगा। 10. यांजत्रक वाहनों से िल्ु क की वास्ट्तजवक राजि उपयिुच सारणी – 1 म ें यथा उजल्लजखत आधार वर् च 2007 – 08 के जलए प्रजत दक.मी. िल्ु क की आधार िर के आधार पर प्रभाररत होगी और छूटों की गणना प्राजधकरण द्वारा खडं की पूरी हो गई लंबाई के आधार पर की िाएगी और उस े उि जनयमों के जनयम 5 के अनुसार प्रजतवर् च संिोजधत दकया िाएगा तथा तिनुसार उसे अग्रँ ेिी और क्षेत्रीय भार्ा के कम स ेकम एक–एक समाचार पत्र म ेंप्रकाजित दकया िाएगा। 11. इस पररयोिना की अनुमाजनत पूंिीगत लागत 2505.50 करोड़ रुपय े ह।ै चूंदक, भूजम अजधग्रहण, सावचिजनक िन सुजवधाओं के स्ट्थ ानांतरण, पेड़ों को काटने, इत् यादि कायचकलापों को अभी परू ा दकया िाना ह,ै इसजलए, पूंिीगत लागत पररवतचन के अध् यधीन ह।ै प्राप् त प्रयोक्त ा िुल्क के माध् यम स े वसूल की गई पूंिीगत लागत का प्राजधकरण द्वारा ररकाडच रखा िाएगा। [फा. सं. यूपीडीआईवी -21018/103/2024- पीआईयू रायबरेली/ई-247855] कमलेि चतुवेिी, संयिु सजचव MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 19th March, 2025 S.O. 1313(E).—Whereas by the following notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, issued under section 11 of the National Highways Authority of India Act, 1988 (68 of 1988), the Central Government has entrusted the following stretches of National highways in the State of Uttar Pradesh to the National Highways Authority of India (hereinafter referred to as the “Authority”); NH No. Section Stretch from Km. to Km. Notification Number and Date 24B Lucknow-Raebareli-Allahabad km. 70.00 to km 188.050 S.O.985 (E) dated 18th June, 2007 in the State of Uttar Pradesh 24B Lucknow-Raebareli-Allahabad km. 188.050 to km. 188.600 S.O. 1819 (E) dated 4th May, 2018 in the State of Uttar Pradesh Whereas, by notification S.O. 689(E) dated 04.04.2011 (sr. no. 99) of the Government of India through Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, issued under sub-sections (2) and (3) of section 3 of the National Highway Act 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government had substituted Old NH No 24B with New NH No 30. The rate of monthly pass for a person who owns a mechanical vehicle registered for non-commercial purposes and resides within a distance of twenty kilometers from the fee plaza is Rs. 340.00 (Rupees Three Hundred and Forty only) for the year 2024-25 and is subject to revision every year as per the provisions of the said rules. 5. Fee for commercial vehicle (excluding vehicles plying under National permit) registered in the district where the fee plaza falls shall be 50% of the specified rate for that category of vehicle, provided no service road or alternative road is available for use of such commercial vehicles. 7. The driver or owner or a person in charge of a mechanical vehicle which is loaded in excess of permissible load specified for its category, shall be liable to pay fee for entering the overloaded vehicle on the National Highway to the fee collecting agency, equal to the fee specified in Sub-rule 1A of rule 10 of the said rules and shall not be entitled to make use of the highway section unless the excess load has been removed from such mechanical vehicle. 8. All definitions including category of mechanical vehicles, its permissible load, category of exempted vehicles, service road, alternative road, etc. shall be as per definitions specified in the said rules. 9. The fee rates shall be displayed for information of the users in accordance with rule 12 of the said Rules. 10. Based on the base rate of fee per kilometer for the base year 2007-08 as mentioned in Table-1 above, the actual amount of fee to be charged from the mechanical vehicles and the discounts will be calculated by the National Highways Authority of India on the basis of completed length of the section and revised annually in accordance with the Rule 5 of the said rules and the same shall be published in at least one newspaper, in English and vernacular language. 11. The estimated capital cost of the project is Rupees 2505.50 Cr. The capital cost is subject to variation as the activities of land acquisition, utility shifting, tree cutting etc. are yet to be completed.
